Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Saudi Sales Manager (ERP/CRM Solutions) to join our expanding team in Riyadh. In this role, you will lead business development efforts, build strong enterprise client relationships, and drive revenue growth through the sale of enterprise software-with a focus on Odoo and complementary ERP/CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales: Develop and execute strategic plans to consistently meet and exceed ERP/CRM revenue targets.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert enterprise and SME decision-makers within the Saudi market.
• Solution Pitching: Present, demonstrate, and pitch ERP/CRM platforms (especially Odoo-based systems).
• Pipeline Management: Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline tracking to deal closure and forecasting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical and implementation teams to guarantee seamless project delivery.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging client demands across the ERP/CRM ecosystem.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead professional commercial negotiations and contract finalizing.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company in high-level client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Manager or BDM in enterprise software sales.
• Domain Expertise: In-depth background in ERP/CRM sales; hands-on experience with Odoo is highly preferred (experience with MS Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite is a strong plus).
• Market Knowledge: Established footprint and network within the Saudi B2B/enterprise landscape.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and long-term client relationship management abilities.
• Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
