شركة Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهربائي للعمل في ورشة الصيانة بالرياض، تحت إشراف مدير الصيانة، وذلك لدعم تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الكهربائية الأساسية (الوقائية والتصحيحية) لمعدات وآلات الورشة مع ضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية والالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في استكشاف الأخطاء الكهربائية وتشخيصها باستخدام أجهزة التشخيص (مثل Multimeters، Oscilloscopes).
- قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية ورسومات الأسلاك والأدلة الفنية لتحديد المشكلات.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية المجدولة (PM) حسب التعليمات.
- المشاركة في استبدال المكونات الكهربائية التالفة واختبار المعدات بعد الإصلاح لضمان الجاهزية.
- تحديث سجلات الصيانة وإدخال البيانات في نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS).
- المساعدة في تحديد قطع الغيار والأدوات والمواد المطلوبة لاحتياجات الورشة.
- التنسيق مع فنيي الورشة لمتابعة تقدم العمل وإعداد تقارير الحالة اليومية.
- الالتزام الصارم بإرشادات السلامة المهنية، بما في ذلك بروتوكولات Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) للسلامة الكهربائية.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة في الورشة.

To support and perform basic electrical maintenance tasks (preventive and corrective) for workshop equipment and machinery under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, ensuring operational efficiency and strict adherence to safety standards.
Inspection & Diagnostics Support:
Electrical Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of electrical principles, circuits, and schematics.
Tool Proficiency: Basic knowledge of using electrical testing tools and reading technical catalogs.
Eagerness to Learn: Strong desire for hands-on learning and technical problem-solving.
Teamwork: Effective communication skills and ability to adapt to a workshop environment.
Inspection & Diagnostics Support:
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults using diagnostic devices (e.g., Multimeters, Oscilloscopes)
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to identify issues
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities as instructed
- Participate in replacing damaged electrical components and testing equipment post-repair to ensure readiness
- Update maintenance logs and enter data into the maintenance system (CMMS)
- Assist in identifying required spare parts, tools, and materials for workshop needs
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to follow up on work progress and prepare daily status reports
- Strictly adhere to occupational safety guidelines, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols for electrical safety
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop working environment
