انضم إلى فريق WSP في الشرق الأوسط كمهندس تخطيط أول لمشروع كبير في جدة، وكن جزءًا من نخبة من الخبراء الدوليين الذين يعملون على مشاريع تحول المجتمع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وصيانة وتحديث جداول المشروع باستخدام Primavera P6.
  • مراقبة تقدم المشروع وإعداد تقارير دورية عن الجداول الزمنية والمعالم والتسليمات.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والاستشاريين والمقاولين لجمع بيانات التخطيط اللازمة.
  • تحليل المسارات الحرجة والقيود لتحديد تأثير التغييرات على الجدول الزمني.
  • اقتراح إجراءات تصحيحية لتعويض التأخير أو تجنب التأخيرات المحتملة.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم مع العميل وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
  • إعداد مطالبات تمديد الوقت (EOT) وتحليل التأخير والوثائق التعاقدية الأخرى ذات الصلة بالوقت.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة التخطيط والجدولة لمتطلبات العميل والمعايير.
  • دعم وظائف التحكم في التكاليف وإدارة المخاطر حسب الحاجة.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات والإنشاءات لمواءمة الجدول مع توفر الموارد والمواد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام Primavera P6 وMS Project وExcel.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض التقديمي.

Job Description

Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for a major project in Jeddah. "

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.

  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to gather relevant planning data.
  • Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the schedule.
  • Propose mitigation measures to recover slippage or avoid potential delays.
  • Participate in progress meetings with client and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and other contractual time-related documentation.
  • Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with client requirements and standards.
  • Support cost control and risk management functions as required.
  • Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to align schedule with resource and material availability.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
