شركة Worley العالمية، المتخصصة في حلول الطاقة والكيماويات والموارد، تبحث عن مهندس حماية من الحرائق (المستوى الثاني) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء دراسات السلامة الهندسية مثل HAZID وHAZOP وSIL وتحليل ربطة العنق وتقييم المخاطر الكمية (QRA).
- مراجعة التصاميم الهندسية لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة والتوصية بإجراءات تخفيف عملية.
- إعداد ومراجعة فلسفات الحماية من الحرائق وكشف الغاز والحرائق والمستندات الهندسية ذات الصلة.
- تطوير مخرجات هندسة السلامة مثل أساس تصميم السلامة، تصنيف المناطق الخطرة، دراسات الإخلاء والإنقاذ، حسابات الطلب على مياه الإطفاء، ومخططات معدات السلامة.
- ضمان الامتثال للرموز الدولية والمعايير الصناعية وإجراءات الشركة ومواصفات العميل.
- المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم متعددة التخصصات ومراجعات النماذج وتقييمات مخاطر المشروع.
- دعم مبادرات إدارة سلامة العمليات (PSM) وضمان تضمين متطلبات السلامة في التصاميم الهندسية.
- التنسيق مع تخصصات الهندسة (العمليات، الميكانيكية، الأنابيب، الكهربائية، الأجهزة، المدنية) لحل القضايا المتعلقة بالسلامة.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير الفنية والمواصفات والحسابات والوثائق الهندسية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء والمناقشات الفنية ومراجعات المشروع.
- دعم أنشطة الإنشاء والتشغيل الأولي من خلال تقديم إرشادات هندسة السلامة الفنية عند الحاجة.
- تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر في الممارسات الهندسية وأداء السلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (كيميائية، ميكانيكية، سلامة، أو تخصص ذي صلة).
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في هندسة السلامة ضمن قطاعات النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات أو الطاقة أو الصناعة.
- يفضل خبرة العمل في مشاريع EPC أو FEED أو الهندسة التفصيلية.
- معرفة بمبادئ إدارة سلامة العمليات ومنهجيات تقييم المخاطر.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الهندسية الدولية مثل API وNFPA وIEC وISO وOSHA واللوائح المحلية ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات وكتابة التقارير الفنية.
- تواصل فعال وقدرة على العمل الجماعي في بيئة مشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office والبرامج الهندسية المتعلقة بدراسات السلامة.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform engineering safety studies including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Bow Tie Analysis, and Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) as required.
- Review engineering designs to identify potential hazards and recommend practical risk reduction measures.
- Prepare and review fire protection and fire & gas detection philosophies and related engineering documentation.
- Develop safety engineering deliverables such as Safety Design Basis, Hazardous Area Classification, Escape, Evacuation and Rescue (EER) studies, Firewater Demand Calculations, and Safety Equipment Layouts.
- Ensure compliance with international codes, industry standards, company procedures, and client specifications.
- Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews, model reviews, and project risk assessments.
- Support Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives and ensure safety requirements are incorporated into engineering designs.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and civil engineering disciplines to resolve safety-related issues.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, specifications, calculations, and engineering documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and project reviews.
- Support construction, commissioning, and startup activities by providing technical safety engineering guidance when required.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in engineering practices and safety performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Safety, or a related discipline).
- Typically 3-7 years of experience in safety engineering within the oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Experience working on EPC, FEED, or detailed engineering projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of Process Safety Management principles and risk assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with international engineering codes and standards such as API, NFPA, IEC, ISO, OSHA, and relevant local regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software relevant to safety studies.
