About The Role

In this pivotal role, you will lead the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of business and technology capabilities across Riyadh Air, ensuring operational requirements are translated into scalable solutions that deliver strategic business outcomes and long-term value.

As a recognised leader in Business Analytics and Business Analysis, you will drive the identification, validation, and prioritisation of business and technology requirements, helping shape technology investments that improve operational efficiency, service reliability, and stakeholder alignment.

Working closely with business leaders, product teams, architects, developers, technology partners, and vendors, you will evaluate business needs, conduct feasibility assessments, and recommend innovative solutions that support Riyadh Air's ambitious growth journey.

You will play a key role in analysing current-state and future-state operating models, identifying opportunities for improvement, defining transformation requirements, and enabling successful organisational change through technology adoption and process optimisation.

Your expertise will help influence application roadmaps, enterprise-wide technology initiatives, and infrastructure modernisation programmes, ensuring solutions remain scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.

Importantly, you will provide strategic business and technology leadership through governance and continuous improvement of operational processes, service performance, KPI monitoring, and technology service management practices. Your insights will support data-driven decision making and ongoing operational excellence across the organisation.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Technology Transformation, Operational Technology, or related environments, with previous experience leading teams and driving complex initiatives.

You are expected to possess deep expertise in business requirements analysis, process transformation, gap analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise technology solutions.
