تسعى شركة القدية للاستثمار إلى توظيف Associate Director - City IT BRM للعمل في الرياض، حيث سيتولى قيادة جهود مواءمة التكنولوجيا مع متطلبات الأعمال ضمن إدارة تطوير المدينة، بما يضمن دعم حلول تقنية المعلومات للأهداف الاستراتيجية وتعزيز القدرات التشغيلية لمشاريع التخطيط والتطوير الحضري.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كحلقة وصل بين إدارة تقنية المعلومات ووحدات الأعمال في قطاع تطوير المدينة، والترويج لاحتياجات الأعمال ضمن استراتيجية تقنية المعلومات.
- تحديد وتحليل متطلبات الأعمال وتقديم توصيات تقنية تدعم التميز التشغيلي.
- قيادة وإدارة فرق تحليل الأعمال خلال دورات حياة المشاريع مع ضمان تسليمها وفق الجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة.
- تنظيم ورش عمل مع أصحاب المصلحة لجمع المدخلات وتحسين متطلبات الأعمال وتحديد أولويات المشاريع.
- إعداد وتحديث توثيق عمليات الأعمال وضمان توافقها مع الحلول التقنية.
- مراقبة أداء المشاريع والتسليمات والمعالم الرئيسية وتقديم تحديثات دورية للإدارة العليا.
- الاطلاع على التقنيات الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات في مجال عمليات تقنية المعلومات الحضرية للمساهمة في تحقيق رؤية القدية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضّل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تحليل الأعمال، إدارة الطلب، إدارة علاقات الأعمال (BRM)، أو استشارات تقنية المعلومات.
- سجل حافل في التعاون مع كبار المديرين التنفيذيين والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- الإلمام بأدوات إدارة الطلب أو محافظ المشاريع مثل ServiceNow أو Clarity أو ما يشابهها.
- شهادات احترافية مثل CBAP أو PMI-PBA أو ITIL (يفضّل الحصول عليها).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية وتواصل وتسهيل استثنائية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتفكير الاستراتيجي وتقديم حلول مبتكرة.

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and innovative Associate Director - City IT BRM to lead our efforts in aligning technology with business requirements within our City Development department. This strategic role is responsible for ensuring that IT solutions effectively support the business goals and enhance the operational capabilities of the city planning and development initiatives.
Your primary focus will be on managing relationships between IT and various business units to identify needs, recommend appropriate technological solutions, and oversee the execution of IT projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between the IT department and business units in the City Development sector, advocating for business needs in the IT strategy
- Identify and analyze business requirements and provide technical recommendations that support operational excellence
- Lead and manage business analysis teams through project lifecycles while ensuring delivery meets timelines and quality standards
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather inputs, refine business requirements and set project priorities
- Develop and maintain business process documentation, ensuring alignment with technological solutions
- Monitor project performance, deliverables, and milestones while providing regular updates to senior management
- Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry best practices that can enhance city IT operations and contribute to Qiddiya's vision
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (Master's degree is preferred)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, demand management, business relationship management (BRM), or IT consulting
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with senior executives and cross-disciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities
- Capability to work autonomously, think strategically, and offer innovative solutions
- Skilled in the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and business cases
- Familiarity with demand or portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar)
- Outstanding facilitation and analytical capabilities
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are preferred
- Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management
