Role Description The Graduate Engineer role at SHAR Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Graduate Engineer will support project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring construction activities under the guidance of senior engineers. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with technical drawings and designs, reviewing specifications, contributing to project documentation, and coordinating with site supervisors and other stakeholders. The role also involves participating in site inspections, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring that work complies with applicable standards and safety regulations. The Graduate Engineer will be encouraged to engage in SHAR’s on-the-job training programs, develop technical competencies, and grow into more independent responsibilities over time.
Qualifications
- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Technical skills: Foundational knowledge of engineering principles, familiarity with construction methodologies, and basic proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings, analyze project data, and propose practical solutions to engineering and site-related challenges.
- Communication and collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and interact with supervisors, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
