نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك مفتش جودة من المستوى الثاني، ستقوم بشكل مستقل بإجراء أنشطة الفحص والاختبار لمكونات مسار الغاز الساخن (HGP) بما في ذلك المحارق والشفرات والريش، لضمان الامتثال لمعايير Siemens Energy ومتطلبات العملاء. دورك أساسي في اكتشاف حالات عدم المطابقة، ودعم تحليل السبب الجذري، وضمان تسليم المكونات المجددة عالية الجودة في الوقت المحدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحص الوارد وأثناء العمل والنهائي لمكونات HGP بدرجة عالية من الاستقلالية.
- تنفيذ وتفسير طرق الاختبار غير الإتلافي (NDT) بما في ذلك VI وUT وPT وفقاً لمتطلبات شهادة المستوى الثاني.
- تحديد وتوثيق وتقييم العيوب والانحرافات وحالات عدم المطابقة أثناء عمليات الفحص.
- إعداد تقارير فحص واختبار دقيقة وكاملة، ودعم توثيق الجودة.
- التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والهندسة لحل مشكلات الجودة.
- دعم تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) والمساهمة في تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في فحص الجودة ضمن بيئات التصنيع أو الإصلاح.
- شهادة NDT المستوى الثاني (VI, UT, PT) مع خبرة تطبيقية عملية.
- معرفة قوية بأساليب الفحص ومبادئ مراقبة الجودة والمواصفات الفنية.
- كفاءة عالية في استخدام أدوات الفحص ومعدات القياس وتفسير الاختبارات.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة والعمل الجماعي مع القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الوظائف.

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Quality Control Inspector II, you will independently perform inspection and testing activities for Hot Gas Path (HGP) components, including combustors, blades, and vanes, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards and customer requirements. Your role is crucial in detecting non-conformities, supporting root cause analysis, and ensuring that high-quality refurbished components are delivered on time.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of HGP components with a high degree of independence.
- Execute and interpret Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, including VI, UT, and PT, in accordance with Level II certification requirements.
- Identify, document, and assess defects, deviations, and non-conformities during inspection processes.
- Prepare accurate and complete inspection and testing reports, supporting quality documentation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality inspection within manufacturing or repair environments.
- Certified NDT Level II (VI, UT, PT) with practical application experience.
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods, quality control principles, and technical specifications.
- High proficiency in inspection tools, metrology equipment, and test interpretation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
