شركة International Maritime Industries تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Superintendent, Piping في المنطقة الشرقية (رأس الخير) بالمملكة العربية السعودية. يشغل شاغل الوظيفة المسؤولية الكاملة عن أنظمة الأنابيب في مشاريع CRPO، ويشرف على أعمال التصنيع والتركيب والاختبار مع ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والمواعيد المحددة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة العمليات اليومية للبناء لضمان الكفاءة والأداء وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع والميزانية.
  • الإلمام بالرسومات الإيزومترية والرسومات العامة ومخططات P&IDs.
  • الإشراف ومراقبة تقدم أعمال تصنيع وتركيب نظام الأنابيب لضمان التطابق مع التصميم والمواصفات المعتمدة.
  • تخطيط جداول العمل وتسلسل الإنتاج لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
  • مراقبة وفحص أنشطة الأنابيب بدءاً من تصنيع القطع وصولاً إلى اكتمال الأنظمة، وإجراء فحص الخط واختبار الضغط (hydrotest) وإعادة التثبيت يليه الفحص الميكانيكي (MC) قبل التسليم للاختبارات التشغيلية.
  • تحديد القوى العاملة وفقاً لمتطلبات جدول المشروع والتخطيط لجميع المعدات والمرافق اللازمة لتنفيذ الأعمال.
  • تتبع تقدم أعمال الأنابيب مع تسليط الضوء على المشكلات المحتملة والتوصية بالحلول.
  • العمل مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان دمج أنظمة الأنابيب بشكل صحيح مع الأنظمة الأخرى على متن المنشأة.
  • مراجعة رسومات الأنابيب التخطيطية وربطها من الناحية النظرية بالتنفيذ الفعلي في الموقع.
  • إعداد قائمة المواد (MTO) بناءً على رسومات الأنابيب.
  • عقد اجتماعات تنسيق أسبوعية مع جميع مشرفي المقاولين من الباطن لتحديد متطلبات إنجاز العمل والقضايا الأخرى، بما يشمل متطلبات القوى العاملة وتنسيق التداخل والفحوصات وتسلسل العمل، وتوزيع جداول التخطيط لثلاثة أسابيع قادمة وإبلاغ المتطلبات لجميع المقاولين من الباطن.
  • الحفاظ على رقابة عالية على تكلفة جميع المواد الاستهلاكية والمعدات المستخدمة أثناء أعمال البناء.
  • امتلاك مبادرة قوية في اتخاذ القرارات والقدرة على وضع الخطط والحلول التقنية للتعامل مع مجموعة واسعة من قضايا البناء القياسية والمبتكرة.
  • التواصل مع مقاولي المشروع من الباطن وتقديم الدعم لضمان الوفاء بجميع الالتزامات التعاقدية.
  • امتلاك معرفة قوية بلوائح HSEQ في أحواض بناء السفن ومتطلبات شهادات تأهيل أعمال بناء المنصات، وضمان نقلها إلى فريق المشروع بشكل منتظم.
  • تحديد أولويات العمل والتركيز على المسار الحرج، وتحليل مشكلات العمل كتابياً مع عقلية حل المشكلات، والإشراف الدقيق، واتخاذ القرارات بشخصية مقنعة، والاستعداد الكامل بـ "خطة بديلة" لأي قضايا غير متوقعة.
  • المسؤولية الكاملة عن تسليم جميع سجلات فحص الاختبارات (ITR) الخاصة بالتخصص المعني من خلال التفويض الفعال للمشرفين ورؤساء العمال، مع التركيز العالي على التفاعل والتنسيق مع جميع مشرفي التخصصات الأخرى لإزالة أي عقبات تحول دون تحقيق التواريخ المستهدفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • مؤهل تقني في الهندسة (دبلوم أو ما يعادله).
  • يفضل حصول المرشح على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
  • لحملة البكالوريوس: خبرة لا تقل عن 9-15 سنة في أحواض بناء السفن/مصانع التصنيع، ويفضل المشاركة في أنشطة البناء البحرية.
  • لحملة الدبلوم: خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في نفس المجال.
  • مهارات اتصال ممتازة (شفهية وكتابية) باللغة الإنجليزية.

Description

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Overall responsible for Piping systems for CRPO Projects. To coordinate and supervise fabrication, installation and testing of Piping systems. Monitors production while ensuring that efficiency, quality control and all

other standards are always met. To oversee construction activities on work sites, assess project progress and to ensure projects are completed safely, on time.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the construction day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and performance in accordance to project specification and budget.
  • Familiar with Isometric drawings, General Arrangement and P&IDs
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of piping system fabrication and construction activities to ensure systems are properly constructed to the approved design and specifications.
  • Plan and establish work schedules and production sequence to meet project goals.
  • To monitor and inspect Piping activities from fabrication of spools to completion of systems. To conduct line check, hydrotest and re-instatement followed by MC prior to handing over for Commissioning.
  • To establish manpower as per project schedule requirements and to plan for all equipment and facilities required to execute works.
  • Track Piping construction progress with highlighting of potential problems and recommend solutions.
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure piping systems are properly integrated with all other systems onboard.
  • Bridge and review the Piping schematic drawings from theoretical to site construction.
  • To prepare MTO (material take-off list) based on Piping drawings.
  • Have weekly schedule coordination meetings with all subcontractor foremen to outline requirements of work completion, and other issues as may be required including but not limited to manpower requirements,


interference coordination, inspections, and sequence of work. Distribute three-week look ahead schedules and communicate schedule requirements with all subcontractors.

  • Maintain a high-level control around cost of all construction consumables and equipment utilised during the construction works.
  • Possess strong initiative around decision making and ability to conceptualize plans and technical solutions to deal with a wide array of standard and innovative construction issues.
  • Liaise with and provide support to the project subcontractors to ensure that all contract obligations are met.
  • Should possess strong knowledge and understanding of shipyard HSEQ regulations and rig building job certification requirements and ensure the same is communicated to the project team on a regular basis.
  • Identify the work priorities, focus on the critical path, analyze the work problems in writing with own problem- solving mentality, accurate supervision, decision-maker with a strong convincing personality, full


readiness with 'Plan B' for any unexpected issues.

  • Fully responsible for delivery of all Inspection Test Records (ITR’s) under the relevant discipline by effectively delegating to the foreman and chargehands. This must be approached with a high focus on interfacing


and coordination with all other discipline supervision to remove all blocks from achieving target dates.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Technical Engineering Qualification. (Diploma or equivalent)
  • Bachelor Engineering Degree (preferred)


Experience

  • For bachelor’s holders at least 9-15, for diploma holders at least 15+ years of experience in ship / fabrication yards and preferably involved in offshore construction activities.


Languages

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in the English Language.
