تعلن شركة Alturki Holding عبر علامتها التجارية Musanadah عن توفر وظيفة مشرف QHSE (الجودة والسلامة والصحة والبيئة) في الخبر، السعودية. سيلعب المرشح المثالي دوراً محورياً في ضمان توافق العمليات مع أعلى معايير إدارة QHSE، وتطوير السياسات والإجراءات وفقاً للأنظمة المحلية والمعايير الدولية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات وبرامج QHSE لضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية والمعايير الدولية.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش ومراجعات دورية لتقييم فعالية برامج QHSE وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
  • قيادة التحقيقات في الحوادث والإصابات والحوادث الوشيكة، وتقديم تقارير شاملة وتوصيات للإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • توفير التدريب والدعم للموظفين حول ممارسات QHSE، وضمان فهم جميع أعضاء الفريق لأدوارهم ومسؤولياتهم.
  • مراقبة وتحليل مؤشرات أداء QHSE، وإعداد تقارير للإدارة تسلط الضوء على الاتجاهات والمجالات التي تتطلب الاهتمام.
  • التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لدمج اعتبارات QHSE في جميع جوانب العمليات وصنع القرار.
  • البقاء على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات الصناعة واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات في إدارة QHSE لضمان الامتثال والتنافسية.
  • التواصل مع الجهات الخارجية بما في ذلك الهيئات التنظيمية والعملاء لتعزيز الالتزام بتميز QHSE.
  • المساعدة في تطوير خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ وإجراء التدريبات لتأهيل المنظمة للحوادث المحتملة.
  • تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والمسؤولية البيئية في جميع أنحاء المنظمة، وتشجيع مشاركة الموظفين وملاحظاتهم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في السلامة والصحة المهنية أو العلوم البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة QHSE، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال إدارة المرافق والممتلكات.
  • معرفة قوية بلوائح ومعايير وأفضل الممارسات في QHSE.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على إشراك والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
  • قدرة مثبتة على إجراء دورات تدريبية وورش عمل فعالة.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
  • إجادة استخدام مجموعة Microsoft Office وبرامج إدارة QHSE.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • الإقامة في الخبر، المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • مستوى مهني: منتصف المسيرة المهنية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إدارة QHSE: خبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ أنظمة إدارة الجودة والسلامة والصحة والبيئة التي تتوافق مع المعايير المحلية والدولية.
  • تقييم المخاطر: القدرة على إجراء تقييمات المخاطر لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتنفيذ إجراءات التحكم الفعالة لتخفيفها.
  • التحقيق في الحوادث: مهارة في قيادة التحقيقات في حوادث العمل، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وتقديم توصيات للإجراءات التصحيحية لمنع تكرارها.
  • التدريب والتطوير: القدرة على تصميم وتقديم برامج تدريبية جذابة لتثقيف الموظفين حول ممارسات QHSE وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة.

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations align with the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management. As a QHSE Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and international standards. Your expertise will help us foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and programs that ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness of QHSE programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on QHSE practices, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, preparing reports for management that highlight trends and areas requiring attention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate QHSE considerations into all aspects of operations and decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in QHSE management to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and clients, to promote our commitment to QHSE excellence.
  • Assist in the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare the organization for potential incidents.
  • Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization, encouraging employee participation and feedback.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably within the facilities and property management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective training sessions and workshops.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Skills:

  • QHSE Management: Expertise in developing and implementing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems that comply with local and international standards.
  • Risk Assessment: Proficient in conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures to mitigate risks.
