Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for monitoring and controlling plant operations through SCADA/PLC systems, reading process parameters, responding to alarms, coordinating with field operators, and ensuring safe and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate plant processes from the control room using SCADA/PLC systems
• Monitor operating parameters and identify abnormal conditions
• Coordinate with field operators to start, stop, and adjust equipment and production lines
• Respond promptly to alarms, process deviations, and emergency situations according to operating procedures
• Maintain accurate production and operational logs
• Report equipment abnormalities, process issues, and safety concerns to the relevant team
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Support smooth and efficient plant production

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of SCADA and PLC system
• Ability to read and understand operating parameter
• Basic English communication skill
• Ability to follow operating procedures and safety instruction
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a control-room environmen
• Previous experience in a feed mill or industrial plant is an advantage
