تعلن شركة Siemens Energy عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس جودة (Quality Engineer) للعمل في منشأة إصلاح مكونات مسار الغاز الساخن بالدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- كرسالة يومية، ستضمن أن فحص وإصلاح وتجديد مكونات مسار الغاز الساخن مثل المحارق والريش والإطارات يلبي أعلى معايير الجودة والهندسة.
- ستتعاون بشكل وثيق مع فرق ورشة العمل وشركاء شبكة الإصلاح العالميين ومدققي التأهيل لدفع التميز في الجودة ودعم التحسين المستمر عبر جميع عمليات الإصلاح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة وثائق وإجراءات الجودة وفقاً لمعايير شبكة إصلاح Siemens Energy لمكونات مسار الغاز الساخن.
- إنشاء وتعزيز إجراءات الفحص والاختبار لجميع مراحل عملية التجديد، بما في ذلك الفحص الوارد وأثناء العمل والنهائي.
- إجراء فحوصات تفصيلية للمحارق والريش والإطارات لضمان المطابقة للمواصفات الهندسية ومعايير القبول.
- إعداد تقارير الفحص وتحديد نطاق الإصلاح وفقاً لمعايير Siemens Energy وفئات الإصلاح.
- تنفيذ أنشطة مراقبة الجودة في ورشة العمل، وضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات والتعرف الفوري على أي انحرافات.
- تعزيز ثقافة "الصواب من المرة الأولى" لتقليل إعادة العمل وتحسين وقت الإنجاز وزيادة الإنتاجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو التصنيع أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في بيئات التصنيع أو ورش الإصلاح، مع خبرة عملية في إصلاح مكونات التوربينات الغازية (يفضل).
- معرفة قوية بأساسيات القياس (metrology) وتقنيات الفحص وعمليات مراقبة الجودة.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية المعقدة والمواصفات وخصائص الجودة الحرجة.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة مع خبرة في العمل ضمن فرق عالمية متعددة الثقافات.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات مع القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط الوقت.

As a Quality Engineer at Siemens Energy’s Hot Gas Path component refurbishment facility, you will ensure that the inspection, repair, and refurbishment of combustors, blades, and vanes meet the highest quality and engineering standards. As a Quality Engineer at Siemens Energy’s Hot Gas Path component refurbishment facility, you will ensure that the inspection, repair, and refurbishment of combustors, blades, and vanes meet the highest quality and engineering standards. Collaborating closely with shop floor teams, global repair network partners, and qualification auditors, you will drive quality excellence and support continuous improvement across all repair processes.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality documentation and procedures aligned with Siemens Energy Repair Network standards for HGP components.
- Establish and enhance inspection and testing procedures for all stages of the refurbishment process, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Perform detailed inspections of combustors, blades, and vanes to ensure conformance with engineering specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Generate inspection reports and define repair scope in accordance with Siemens Energy standards and repair categories.
- Execute shop floor quality control activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and prompt identification of deviations.
- Drive a “Right First Time” culture to reduce rework, improve turnaround time, and enhance productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or repair shop environments, with hands-on experience in gas turbine component repair preferred.
- Strong knowledge of metrology, inspection techniques, and quality control processes.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and critical-to-quality characteristics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in global and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under time-critical conditions.
