تعلن شركة IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture عن توفر وظيفة مهندس إنشائي مبتدئ (Junior Structural Engineer) للعمل في مكتبها بالرياض، السعودية، ضمن قسم البنية التحتية الشاملة. يشترط خبرة من 1 إلى 4 سنوات في مشاريع البنية التحتية من منظور التصميم الهندسي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير مشاريع CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) تشمل التصميم الأساسي والتصميم التفصيلي، بما يتوافق مع معايير NEOM والبنية التحتية.
  • إجراء الحسابات المدنية والإنشائية مع الإلمام بالكودات والمعايير المحلية والدولية للبنية التحتية.
  • التصميم الإنشائي للجسور والمجاري والجدران الاستنادية والأنفاق والأصول الأخرى للبنية التحتية.
  • تصميم وتحليل وحسابات الأساسات والهياكل التحتية والعلوية لمنشآت البنية التحتية.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج التصميم الإنشائي (يفضل SAP2000 أو STAAD أو ما يشابهها).
  • فهم المعايير الجيوتقنية ودمجها في التصميم الإنشائي.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات (الطرق، المرافق، الجيوتقنية، الهيدرولوجيا).
  • دعم نمو الأعمال من خلال الإسهام الفني، وإعداد العروض، والتفاعل مع العملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية من جامعة معترف بها.
  • خبرة من 1 إلى 4 سنوات في مشاريع البنية التحتية من منظور التصميم الهندسي (إلزامي).
  • إجادة متقدمة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية؛ يُفضل أن تكون العربية اللغة الأم.
  • معرفة أساسية باللغة الإسبانية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • الإقامة في الرياض مع الاستعداد للسفر لأغراض العمل.
  • عضوية سارية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) مع تصنيف يتوافق مع سنوات الخبرة.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.
  • الحصول على 5.5+ في IELTS أو ما يعادله يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • الاستعداد للسفر داخل المملكة وخارجها عند الحاجة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان برامج التحليل الإنشائي ويفضل SAP2000.
  • مهارات قوية في كتابة التقارير والتواصل والعمل الجماعي وحل المشكلات والاستقلالية والدقة الفنية.

About The Job

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join the Transversal Infrastructure Division, with solid experience in Engineering Design roles. Experience in infrastructure projects is mandatory, and candidates must come from an Engineering/Design background.

Key Responsibilities

Main responsibilities for the position in the KSA office:

  • CSA project development covering Basic Design and Detailed Design, aligned with NEOM/Infrastructure standards.
  • Development of civil and structural calculations including:
    • Knowledge of local and international infrastructure codes and standards.
    • Structural design of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, tunnels, and other infrastructure assets.
    • Design, analysis, and calculations of foundations, substructures, and superstructures for infrastructure facilities.
    • Proficiency in structural design software (preferably SAP2000, STAAD, or similar).
    • Understanding of geotechnical parameters and their integration into structural design.
  • Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (roads, utilities, geotechnical, hydrology).
  • Support business growth through technical input, proposal preparation, and client interaction.

About You

  • BSc or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 1-4 years of experience in infrastructure projects, from an Engineering/Design perspective (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000 preferred).
  • Advanced English and Arabic; native Arabic preferred.
  • Basic Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong report writing, communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, autonomy, and technical rigor.
  • Based in Riyadh with willingness to travel for business needs.
  • Valid SCE membership, with classification aligned to years of experience.
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment.


Additional Requirements

  • IELTS 5.5+ or equivalent is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel in‑Kingdom and out‑of‑Kingdom when required.
