One of our leading Real Estate & Construction clients is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team for high-rise tower development project located in the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Main Contractor's/Developer's site engineer, taking full responsibility for direct execution,resourcing, and delivery of mechanical works.
• Supervise and execute installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and chilled water systems as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate mechanical works with civil, electrical, and architectural site activities.
• Verify shop drawing implementation and BIM coordination compliance on site.
• Conduct and record formal site work inspections at each stage of mechanical installation prior to sign-off.
• Manage direct labor crews and/or subcontractors performing mechanical works.
• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and measurement of executed mechanical works for payment andvariation evaluation.
• Coordinate directly with the Technical Team and design consultants on RFIs and site queries.
• Supervise and mentor Junior Mechanical Engineers assigned to their work fronts.
• Monitor testing, balancing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical codes and Civil Defense fire-fighting requirements; maintaininspection and test records.
• Mechanical Engineering Degree

The position is site-based and it required to be proficient in BIM (Building Information Modelling), and prior experience on high-rise towers is required
