We are hiring a Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced and polished Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with high-end brands, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
* Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
* Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently present products to customers
* Handle sales transactions and customer orders accurately
* Follow up with customers and assist with inquiries, requests, and after-sales service
* Ensure the shop floor and displays are always presented to the highest standard
* Support store operations and coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Participate/ being filmed in social media content and brand activities when required

Requirements:
* Proven experience working with high-end or luxury brands
* Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
* Impeccable customer service and communication skills
* Strong sales abilities and confidence in dealing with clients
* Comfortable appearing in reels and social media content when required
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Organized, proactive, and team oriented
