المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة الإدارة التجارية لبرامج مراكز البيانات الرئيسية
  • تقديم المشورة التجارية الاستراتيجية للعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة طوال دورة حياة المشروع
  • إنشاء وصيانة هياكل الحوكمة التجارية الفعالة وإعداد تقارير الأداء
  • الإشراف على أنشطة إدارة التكاليف والتنبؤ وإعداد الميزانيات والتقارير المالية
  • إدارة إجراءات العقود وإدارة التغيير والمطالبات وعمليات تجنب النزاعات
  • قيادة مبادرات الهندسة القيمية وتحسين التكاليف مع الحفاظ على أهداف البرنامج
  • مراقبة أداء المشروع مقابل الميزانيات المعتمدة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية التجارية
  • قيادة استراتيجيات تحديد وتخفيف وإدارة المخاطر التجارية
  • مراجعة استراتيجيات المشتريات ودعم مفاوضات العقود مع الموردين والمقاولين الرئيسيين
  • التعاون الوثيق مع فرق إدارة المشاريع والتخطيط والرقابة الفنية لضمان تكامل تسليم البرنامج

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة في الإدارة التجارية أو مسح الكميات أو أدوار القيادة التجارية
  • خبرة واسعة في مجال مراكز البيانات، ويفضل أن تكون في مرافق الفائقة النطاق أو الاستضافة المشتركة أو المهام الحرجة
  • خلفية قوية ضمن شركة استشارات إدارة المشاريع أو الاستشارات الإنشائية أو بيئة جهة العميل
  • خبرة في إدارة مشاريع رأسمالية كبيرة تتجاوز قيمتها 500 مليون دولار
  • فهم قوي للأشكال الرئيسية للعقود والأطر التجارية
  • خبرة مثبتة في قيادة الفرق التجارية عبر برامج إنشائية معقدة
  • حاصل على درجة جامعية في مسح الكميات أو الإدارة التجارية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة
  • العضوية المهنية في RICS أو CIOB أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة
  • خبرة سابقة في مشاريع في الشرق الأوسط تعتبر ميزة

    About the role:

    This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of large-scale Data Centre programmes from pre-construction through to project completion.

    Working as part of an integrated team, you will ensure robust commercial governance, contract administration, cost management, change control, and risk management across complex, fast-paced projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic commercial guidance while ensuring programme objectives are achieved.

    The successful candidate will bring extensive Data Centre experience gained within a Project Management Consultancy, construction consultancy, or client-side environment and possess a deep understanding of commercial management within large capital construction programmes.


  • Lead the commercial management of major Data Centre programmes across.
  • Provide strategic commercial advice to clients and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain effective commercial governance and reporting structures.
  • Oversee cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.
  • Manage contract administration, change management, claims, and dispute avoidance processes.
  • Drive value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives whilst maintaining programme objectives.
  • Monitor project performance against approved budgets and commercial KPIs.
  • Lead commercial risk identification, mitigation, and management strategies.
  • Review procurement strategies and support contract negotiations with key suppliers and contractors.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, planning, project controls, and technical teams to ensure integrated programme delivery.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and development support to commercial and cost management teams.
  • Ensure commercial processes are aligned with client requirements and industry best practice.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
  • Experience in commercial management, quantity surveying, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Extensive Data Centre experience, ideally supporting hyperscale, co-location, or mission-critical facilities.
  • Strong background within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), construction consultancy, or client-side environment.
  • Experience managing large-scale capital projects valued in excess of $500m.
  • Strong understanding of major forms of contract and commercial frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading commercial teams across complex construction programmes.
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional membership of RICS, CIOB, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Previous Middle East project experience is highly desirable
