شركة Greenberg Traurig (GT)، وهي إحدى مكاتب المحاماة العالمية التي تضم مكاتب في 15 دولة، تعلن عن فرصة عمل للانضمام إلى فريق التسويق كمصمم جرافيك في مكتب الرياض، السعودية. نقدم تعويضات تنافسية وحزمة مزايا ممتازة، إلى جانب بيئة عمل مبتكرة وتعاونية. ملاحظة: لن يتم النظر إلا في طلبات المتقدمين الذين يرفقون محفظة أعمالهم مع طلب التقديم. هذا المنصب يتطلب العمل في المكتب لمدة خمسة أيام في الأسبوع (الأحد - الخميس)، وتقديم التقارير إلى مدير خدمات الإبداع الأول.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيكون مصمم الجرافيك مسؤولاً عن تقديم دعم خدمات إبداعية واسعة النطاق، تخدم بشكل أساسي مكاتب الشرق الأوسط وآسيا. الدقة في التفاصيل، والمهارات التنظيمية القوية (بما في ذلك القدرة على تحديد الأولويات)، والقدرة على التواصل الفعال كتابياً وشفهياً هي أمور أساسية. يجب أن يكون المرشح مبادِراً ومرناً ومتعاوناً وموجهاً نحو تقديم خدمة ممتازة للعملاء، مع القدرة على بناء علاقات داخل الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل على مجموعة واسعة من طلبات التصميم الخاصة بالمنطقة، وتشمل الإعلانات والمواد المطبوعة والرقمية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والرسوم البيانية والتسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني والعروض التقديمية وملفات العروض الترويجية (pitch decks)، بالإضافة إلى دعم الطلبات العالمية.
- تنظيم عدد كبير من المهام الجاري العمل عليها، مع تحديد أولويات عبء العمل للوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية المختلفة.
- التنسيق والتواصل مع محترفي خدمات الإبداع في الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا، لضمان الامتثال لمعايير العلامة التجارية عبر المناطق.
- التعاون مع موظفي التسويق وغيرهم من المحترفين في جميع أقسام الشركة وفرق العمل.
- العمل على مشاريع أخرى بحسب التكليف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس (إلزامي).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل كمصمم جرافيك في بيئة مؤسسية ذات علامة تجارية موحدة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في مكتب محاماة أو مؤسسة خدمات مهنية أخرى.

- مبادِر يعمل بروح الفريق، ويستقبل التوجيهات مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
- مهارات ممتازة في تحديد الأولويات وحل المشكلات وإدارة الوقت.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة شفهياً وكتابياً.
- المرونة والقدرة على التكيف في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة والعمل تحت الضغط.
- موقف إيجابي، واهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل، ومهارات تنظيمية ومتعددة المهام قوية.
- القدرة على تعلم برامج أو أنظمة جديدة بسهولة.
- إتقان عالٍ لاستخدام Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- خبرة عملية مع Adobe Creative Suite، وتحديداً Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express, After Effects.
- معرفة أساسية بلغة HTML - المعرفة بمنصات التسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني ميزة إضافية.

Key Responsibilities
- Works on a wide variety of regional specific design requests, which can include advertisements, print and digital collateral, social media, infographics, e-mail marketing, presentations and pitch decks in addition to supporting global requests
- Organizes a high number of active jobs, prioritizing workload to meet various deadlines
- Works in coordination and communication with U.S. and European -based Creative Services professionals, ensuring brand standards are being met across regions
- Collaborates with marketing and other business professionals throughout the firm across functions and teams
- Works on other projects as assigned

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience working as a graphic designer in a corporate branded environment, preferably a law firm or other professional services establishment
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Proficiency and real-world/client experiences with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express, After Effects
- Basic knowledge of html - email marketing platform knowledge a plus
