نبذة عن الوظيفة

ضمن فريق Accenture Security، تبحث الشركة عن مستشار ذي خبرة لدعم العملاء في تنفيذ وتحسين حلول الهوية الرقمية في مجالات إدارة الوصول المميز (PAM)، وإدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM)، والمصادقة متعددة العوامل (MFA)، وخدمات الدليل (Directory Services). تشمل المهام جمع المتطلبات، وتكوين الحلول، وتقديم استشارات حول أفضل ممارسات أمان الهوية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل مع العملاء لتحديد متطلبات PAM (Delinea) و IAM (One Identity) و MFA (Azure MFA و FortiAuthenticator) و Active Directory/DNS.
  • تقييم عمليات الهوية الحالية والتوصية بتحسينات.
  • تطوير استراتيجيات ومعماريات وخطط تنفيذ للهوية الرقمية.
  • تكوين وتخصيص حلول PAM و IAM و MFA و AD/DNS.
  • بناء وصيانة سياسات الهوية - الوصول المميز، المصادقة، التفويض، وإدارة دورة الحياة.
  • التعاون مع فرق الأمن وتقنية المعلومات والامتثال لدمج خدمات الهوية.
  • تقديم التدريب والدعم والوثائق للعملاء.
  • التواصل مع البائعين (Delinea, Microsoft, One Identity) للمسائل الفنية والمتعلقة بالمنصة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خلفية قوية في مجال تقنية المعلومات/الأمن مع خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في الهوية الرقمية أو IAM أو PAM.
  • خبرة عملية مع Delinea و One Identity و Azure MFA و FortiAuthenticator و Active Directory/DNS.
  • معرفة قوية بـ Azure AD / Entra ID و MFA و SSO و RBAC وأدوات هوية Office 365.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل الاستشاري المباشر مع العملاء.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئات سريعة الخطى وموجهة نحو الفريق.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان العمل مع حلول Delinea و One Identity و Azure MFA و FortiAuthenticator و Active Directory/DNS.
  • إلمام قوي بـ Azure AD / Entra ID والمصادقة متعددة العوامل والدخول الموحد والتحكم بالوصول المبني على الأدوار وأدوات هوية Office 365.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة ومهارات استشارية في التعامل مع العملاء.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فرق وفي بيئة سريعة التغير.

Overview

Accenture is Seeking an experienced consultant to support clients in implementing and optimizing Digital Identity solutions across PAM, IAM, MFA, and directory services. This role involves requirements gathering, solution configuration, and advising on best‑practice identity security.

Responsibilities


  • Work with clients to define requirements for PAM (Delinea), IAM (One Identity), MFA (Azure MFA & FortiAuthenticator), and Active Directory/DNS.
  • Assess existing identity processes and recommend improvements.
  • Develop Digital Identity strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
  • Configure and customize PAM, IAM, MFA, and AD/DNS solutions.
  • Build and maintain identity policies-privileged access, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with security, IT, and compliance teams to integrate identity services.
  • Provide training, support, and documentation for clients.
  • Liaise with vendors (Delinea, Microsoft, One Identity) for technical and platform-related matters.


    • Qualifications


  • Solid background in IT/security experience, including 4+ years in Digital Identity, IAM, or PAM.
  • Hands-on experience with Delinea, One Identity, Azure MFA, FortiAuthenticator, Active Directory/DNS.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and Office 365 identity tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
