تعلن شركة Alturki Holding (Samara) عن توفر وظيفة مدير ورشة إقليمي في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية اليومية في المنطقة المحددة لضمان جاهزية الأسطول.
  • إدارة مشرفي الورش والفنيين وضمان مستويات عالية من الإنتاجية والجودة والسلامة.
  • مراقبة نفقات الصيانة الإقليمية واستخدام قطع الغيار وضمان كفاءة التكلفة وفق الميزانيات المعتمدة.
  • إدارة العلاقات مع مقدمي الخدمات المحليين ووكلاء السيارات وموردي قطع الغيار لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وجودة الخدمات.
  • ضمان صيانة وإصلاح جميع المركبات في الوقت المناسب لدعم عمليات التأجير والتشغيل وتقليل وقت التعطل.
  • التنسيق مع الشركات المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية وشركات التأمين لمعالجة مطالبات الضمان وإصلاح الحوادث بفعالية.
  • ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإرشادات الشركات المصنعة والمتطلبات التنظيمية في جميع الورش.
  • تقديم تقارير إقليمية دقيقة عن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتكاليف الصيانة ووقت التعطل وأداء الورش إلى مدير الصيانة الوطني.
  • اقتراح وتنفيذ تحسينات في عمليات الورش والأدوات والأنظمة لزيادة الكفاءة.
  • التعاون مع أقسام العمليات والأسطول والمشتريات لمواءمة أنشطة الصيانة مع احتياجات العمل.
  • ضمان تدريب وتطوير الموظفين وإجراء تقييمات الأداء والتخطيط للخلافة الوظيفية.
  • ضمان السلامة في الورش والنظافة والامتثال البيئي وتعزيز ثقافة قوية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة السيارات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة واسعة تتراوح بين 6 إلى 8 سنوات في إدارة الورش وعمليات الصيانة، ويفضل في مجال ذي صلة (الأساطيل، معدات التأجير، السيارات، الآليات الثقيلة).
  • إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان أنظمة إدارة الصيانة وبرامج ERP وأدوات MS Office.
  • مهارات حل المشكلات والقيادة وتطوير الفريق.
  • التوجه نحو النتائج والإدارة المبنية على المقاييس.
  • التوجه القوي نحو خدمة العملاء (داخلياً وخارجياً).
  • الفطنة التجارية القوية والوعي بالتكاليف.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الأولويات المتضاربة.

Main Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and overseeing all maintenance operations within their assigned region. This includes ensuring fleet availability, controlling maintenance costs, supervising workshops, and coordinating with external service providers. The role ensures that maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, OEM standards, and safety regulations while achieving operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities

  • Workshop & Maintenance Operations - Oversee daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities within the assigned region to ensure vehicle availability.
  • Team Management - Supervise workshop supervisors, foremen, and technicians, ensuring high productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Cost Control - Monitor and control regional maintenance expenses, spare parts usage, and ensure cost efficiency in line with approved budgets.
  • Vendor Coordination - Manage relationships with local service providers, dealerships, and spare parts suppliers; ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Fleet Availability - Ensure all vehicles are maintained and repaired on time to support rental and leasing operations, minimizing downtime.
  • Warranty & Claims - Coordinate with OEMs and insurers to process warranty claims and accident repairs effectively.
  • Compliance & SOPs - Ensure adherence to company policies, OEM guidelines, and regulatory requirements across workshops.
  • Reporting - Submit accurate regional reports on KPIs, maintenance costs, downtime, and workshop performance to the National Maintenance Manager.
  • Process Improvement - Recommend and implement improvements in workshop processes, tooling, and systems for higher efficiency.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with Operations, Fleet, and Procurement teams to align maintenance activities with business needs.
  • Ensure staff training and development, conduct performance evaluations, succession planning.
  • Ensure workshop safety, housekeeping, environmental compliance, and maintain strong HSE culture.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/automotive engineering or related field
  • Extensive experience between 6-8 years in workshop management, maintenance operations, ideally within the relevant industry (fleet, rental equipment, automotive, heavy machinery).
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems, ERP and MS Office tools.
  • Problem solving, team leadership and development Skills
  • Results-orientation and metrics-driven management
  • Strong customer-service orientation (internal/external)
  • Strong business acumen and cost-consciousness
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
