نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى هذا الدور قيادة تصميم حلول لوجستيات المشاريع في Maersk (MPL) لاستقطاب العملاء الذين يتطلبون خبرة هندسية متقدمة، ويعمل على تصميم حلول لأسواق جديدة (جغرافية/عملاء) بالتعاون مع فرق تطوير الأعمال وتميز العمليات. كما يدعم توحيد المعايير وبناء نماذج الإثبات لمبادرات الأتمتة باستخدام المنهجيات المقدمة من الفرق العالمية والإقليمية، بروح التحسين المستمر. يتبع هذا الدور مباشرة لرئيس منطقة MPL.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة عملية تصميم الحلول بشكل شخصي تشمل: جمع البيانات والافتراضات الأساسية اللازمة لتصميم التكلفة والتسعير للعميل، بما في ذلك توثيق رؤى العميل ذات الصلة بهذا الاستقطاب أو فرص البيع المستقبلية.
  • تطوير تصاميم مفصلة للحلول تشمل نطاق الخدمات، نموذج التشغيل، نماذج الموارد، تقديرات تكاليف التشغيل، سعر البيع الموصى به، القيمة المقدرة للعميل، ومسودة أرباح/خسائر لشركة Maersk.
  • احتساب متطلبات حجم/نطاق MPL بناءً على بيانات المنتج المقدمة بشكل أساسي من خلال طلب عروض الأسعار (RFQ) من العميل.
  • إنشاء خرائط تدفق للعمليات الرئيسية.
  • تقديم الحلول الهندسية والتصورات للحلول المقترحة كجزء من الرد التقني في الـ RFQ.
  • الحفاظ على اتصال وثيق مع خبراء LEAN وهندسة العمليات لضمان نقل منهجيات LEAN إلى الفرص التجارية الجديدة ضمن النطاق الجغرافي.
  • تقديم حلول وأفكار مبتكرة للمساعدة في إنشاء العروض الأكثر تنافسية.
  • المشاركة الفاعلة في مجتمع تصميم حلول MPL من خلال: توثيق ومشاركة المعرفة وأفضل الممارسات عبر المؤسسة لدعم النجاح قصير وطويل المدى، والتحدث ومشاركة الآراء الداعمة والناقدة بطريقة تعزز السعي الديناميكي للتحسين المستمر.
  • دعم تطوير نماذج إثبات الأتمتة.
  • توجيه فرق تصميم الحلول في المنطقة بشأن فرص الأعمال الجديدة (مثل الرد على طلبات العروض، التركيز على المشاريع الاستراتيجية عبر الدول، النفقات الرأسمالية، مواد العرض، الوثائق الفنية).
  • دفع مشاركة المعرفة وبناء القدرات من خلال أنشطة التعلم والتطوير لتصميم الحلول في المؤسسة الأوسع، ودعم تكوين مواهب داخلية بدعم من وظيفة الموارد البشرية.
  • المسؤول عن: تصميم الحلول (الجديد والتجديد)، نجاح تصميم الحلول ضمن النطاق الجغرافي، بناء قدرات تصميم الحلول داخل النطاق الجغرافي، الابتكار والتوحيد ضمن النطاق الجغرافي، المشاركة في تطوير حلول عملاء جديدة مع مهندسي حلول من منتجات أخرى في L&S.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تصميم حلول MPL.
  • خبرة عالية في تصميم حلول للقطاعات الأساسية في MPL.
  • مهارة متقدمة كمهندس حلول MPL مع فهم عميق لكيفية إجراء تغييرات في العمليات تؤثر على الإنتاجية والمالية.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل في عمليات MPL أو اللوجستيات بما في ذلك التنفيذ.
  • القدرة على الابتكار في استخلاص النتائج وتقديم التوصيات بناءً على بيانات محدودة و/أو غير واضحة.

The role of Solution Design Coordinator is to lead Maersk Project Logistics (MPL) Solution Design for customer pursuits that require advanced engineering knowhow. Designs solutions for new markets (geographies / customers) jointly with business development & operations operations excellence teams. Supports standardization & proof of concept building for automation initiatives, using methodology provided from global and regional teams for solutioning jointly, with continuous improvement mindset. This role reports into Area Head of MPL.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Solution design to personally take the lead to:
  • Capture core data and assumptions that are required to design, cost and price the solution for the customer. This includes the process for capturing all customer insights that might be relevant for this pursuit or future upselling opportunities
  • Develop detailed designs for the solution incorporating the scope of services, operating model, resource models, operating cost estimates, recommended selling price, estimated value for the client and draft P&L for Maersk
  • Calculate MPL size/scope requirements based on product data mainly provided as part of a customer RFQ
  • Create process flows for key activities
  • Providing engineering solution and visualization for proposed solutions as part of technical response in RFQ
  • Maintain close links with LEAN and Business Process Engineering experts to ensure LEAN methodologies are transferred to new commercial opportunities within geo scope
  • Provide innovative solutions and ideas to help create the most competitive offerings
  • Be an active participant within the MPL Solution Design Community:
  • Capture and share knowledge / best practices throughout the organization to support short and long term success
  • Speak up and share both supportive and critical views in a way that fosters a dynamic and engaging pursuit of continuous improvement
  • Support development of automation proof of concepts
  • Guide Solution design teams in Area on new business opportunities; i.e., RFP response, strategic cross country project focus, CAPEX, presentations materials, technical documentation and support
  • Drive knowledge sharing and capability building L&D activities for solution design in the wider organization, creating in-house talent pool with relevant People function support.

  • Innovation & standardization within geo-scope
  • Co-developing new customer solutions along with solution engineers from other L&S products

Critical Competencies:

  • 5+ years’ experience in the design of MPL solutions
  • Highly experienced in designing solutions for core MPL verticals
  • Extremely skilled MPL solution engineer, who has deep understanding of making process changes on productivity and financials
  • Exposure of working in MPL or logistics operations including implementation
  • Innovative in reaching conclusions and making recommendations based on limited and/or ambiguous data
