Honeywell Technologies تبحث عن Senior HSE Manager (Building Automation) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، بنظام العمل الهجين. سيكون المُرَشَّح مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على جهود الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وضمان أعلى معايير السلامة والامتثال للوائح.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات شاملة للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) تتماشى مع رسالة المؤسسة وتعزز ثقافة السلامة والمسؤولية البيئية.
  • قيادة وإدارة فريق من محترفي HSE يشمل المهندسين والمتخصصين وموظفي الدعم، لضمان ممارسات HSE فعّالة.
  • ضمان امتثال المؤسسة لجميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والتصاريح والشهادات ذات الصلة، ومتابعة التغييرات التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات سلامة استباقية وتدريب وسياسات لمنع الحوادث والإصابات والأمراض المهنية.
  • إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وعمليات تدقيق السلامة لتحديد وتخفيف المخاطر المحتملة، وتقديم حلول هندسية وتدابير وقائية.
  • تطوير وصيانة خطط عمل تصحيحية شاملة للحوادث المتعلقة بـ HSE، بما في ذلك الحوادث وحالات الطوارئ البيئية.
  • تعزيز الاستدامة البيئية من خلال تنفيذ ممارسات صديقة للبيئة وتقليل الأثر البيئي لعمليات المؤسسة.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة وتقييمات للأداء لضمان التحسين المستمر.
  • التعاون مع الإدارات الداخلية المختلفة والإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لضمان التواصل الفعال والتدريب والتوعية بقضايا HSE.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في هندسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE Engineering).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في القيادة والإدارة المباشرة للفرق.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العلوم البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادة مهنية في السلامة والصحة المهنية (HSE) أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • معرفة معمقة بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • إتقان ممارسات الأعمال في مجالي التصنيع والبناء.
  • إتقان إدارة الميزانيات والفطنة المالية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشكلات والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الخطى وديناميكية.
  • الالتزام بالتعلم المستمر والتطوير الذاتي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • شغف بتعزيز ثقافة السلامة والرعاية البيئية.
  • فطنة تجارية قوية والقدرة على مواءمة هندسة HSE مع أهداف المؤسسة.
  • القدرة على إلهام وتحفيز الفريق.

Job Description

As a Sr. Manager HSE here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's health, safety, and environmental engineering efforts. You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety for employees, compliance with environmental regulations, and the implementation of best practices in engineering-related safety.

You will report directly to our VP, HSE and you’ll work out of our Riyadh, Saudia Arabia location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our organization by overseeing the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making and will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our business as a responsible and sustainable organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
  • Lead and manage a team of HSE professionals, including engineers, specialists, and support staff, ensuring efficient and effective HSE engineering practices.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications. Stay updated on changing regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement proactive safety measures, training, and policies to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses in the workplace.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, providing engineering solutions and preventive measures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive corrective action plans for HSE-related incidents, including accidents and environmental emergencies.
  • Promote environmental sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices and minimizing the environmental impact of the organization's operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and education on HSE matters.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 7+ years of experience in HSE Engineering
  • 5+ years of leadership and direct team management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
  • Passion for promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HSE engineering with organizational goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Continuous learning and development
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing and construction business practices
  • Certification in HSE or a related field
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Certification in HSE or a related field is a plus.
