About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the administration and analysis of compensation, benefits, allowances, and job grades. The role contributes to maintaining internal equity, supporting market competitiveness, and ensuring accurate implementation of approved compensation policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Review allowance and benefit requests to ensure alignment with approved policies and job grades.
• Analyze salary, benefits, and employment cost data and prepare relevant reports.
• Support the preparation and updating of allowance and benefits structures.
• Review job-grade data and ensure appropriate alignment with approved compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate with employee affairs and payroll teams to ensure accurate implementation of compensation-related decisions.
• Follow up on benefit and allowance adjustment requests and provide recommendations.
• Prepare periodic reports on compensation, benefits, costs, and identified variances.
• Support compensation and benefits benchmarking activities and related analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential compensation and benefits records.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
