انضم إلى أكسنتشر الشرق الأوسط كقائد لتسليم الأمن (Security Delivery Lead) في الرياض، حيث ستكون خبيراً في المجال وتتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لاتخاذ قرارات حاسمة وإدارة تسليم حوكمة الأمن.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة تسليم مشاريع الأمن بما في ذلك الشبكات (Network) وإدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) والأجهزة الطرفية (Endpoint).
  • ضمان الالتزام باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والالتزامات التعاقدية.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل حوكمة رئيسية بين قيادة العميل وفرق التسليم.
  • قيادة مراجعات الخدمة والتصعيد ومنتديات الحوكمة.
  • الإشراف على المخاطر والمشكلات والأداء على مستوى الخدمة (وليس العمليات التشغيلية).
  • ضمان الامتثال للسياسات والضوابط والمعايير التنظيمية.
  • دفع مبادرات تحسين الخدمة والنضج.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة في حوكمة خدمات الأمن المدارة (Managed Security Services governance).
  • معرفة قوية بمجالات الشبكات (Network) وإدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) والأجهزة الطرفية (Endpoint).
  • القدرة على إدارة أصحاب المصلحة على المستوى التنفيذي.
  • وعي قوي بالمخاطر والامتثال والتدقيق.
  • خبرة في التعامل مع التصعيد واتخاذ القرارات.
  • القدرة على تحدي الفرق بشكل بنّاء دون إدارة دقيقة (micromanaging).

As a Security Delivery Lead, you will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to make critical decisions and manage the delivery of security governance.   • Govern delivery of Security Project including network, IAM and Endpoint
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
  • Act as main governance link between client leadership and delivery teams
  • Lead service reviews, escalations, and governance forums
  • Oversee risks, issues, and performance at a service level (not operations)
  • Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory standards
  • Drive service improvement and maturity initiatives
  • Experience in Managed Security Services governance
  • Strong knowledge of network, IAM and Endpoint
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at executive level
  • Strong risk, compliance, and audit awareness
  • Experience handling escalations and decision-making
  • Ability to challenge teams constructively without micromanaging
