تسعى شركة Müller's Solutions إلى توظيف مستشار SAP MM (SAP Material Management) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، السعودية. سيكون مسؤولاً عن دعم تنفيذ وتحسين وحدة إدارة المواد في بيئة عملاء الشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحليل متطلبات العملاء وتهيئة وحدة SAP MM لتلبية تلك الاحتياجات.
  • دعم تنفيذ SAP MM من خلال جمع المتطلبات وتصميم الحلول وإجراء أنشطة الاختبار.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان التكامل بين SAP MM والوحدات الأخرى ذات الصلة مثل SD (المبيعات والتوزيع) وWM (إدارة المستودعات) وFI (المالية).
  • إجراء دورات تدريبية للمستخدمين وإعداد المواد التدريبية لتسهيل تبني وظائف SAP MM.
  • إجراء فحوصات منتظمة للنظام وتحديد فرص تحسين العمليات.
  • تقديم الدعم بعد التنفيذ وحل أي مشكلات متعلقة بـ SAP MM.
  • توثيق التهيئات والتغييرات وأفضل الممارسات للرجوع إليها مستقبلاً.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بالتطورات في SAP والاتجاهات الصناعية المتعلقة بإدارة المواد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في استشارات SAP لإدارة المواد (MM).
  • يفضّل وجود خبرة في إجراء دورات تدريبية على SAP MM.
  • شهادة SAP معتمدة في MM أو المجالات ذات الصلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بعمليات المشتريات وإدارة المخزون.
  • خبرة في دمج SAP MM مع الوحدات الأخرى، خاصة SD (المبيعات والتوزيع) وFI (المالية).
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.

Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented SAP MM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and optimization of the SAP Material Management module within our client environments. You will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes and provide effective solutions that enhance procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and configure the SAP MM module to meet those needs
  • Support the implementation of SAP MM by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and performing testing activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration between SAP MM and other relevant SAP modules such as SD, WM, and FI
  • Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to facilitate user adoption of the SAP MM functionalities
  • Perform regular system checks and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve any issues related to SAP MM
  • Document configurations, changes, and best practices for future reference
  • Keep up to date with SAP advancements and industry trends related to material management

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Material Management (MM) consulting
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes
  • Experience in integrating SAP MM with other modules, specifically SD (Sales and Distribution) and FI (Finance)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills with the capability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting SAP MM training sessions is preferred
  • Relevant SAP certification in MM or related areas is a plus
