تعلن شركة القدية للاستثمار (Qiddiya Investment Company) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling في مدينة الرياض، وذلك لقيادة تطوير وصيانة وحوكمة النماذج المالية عبر مجموعة من المشاريع التطويرية الاستراتيجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة نماذج مالية معقدة تشمل DCF وتمويل المشاريع وتحليل السيناريوهات
- قيادة دراسات الجدوى للمشاريع وتقييم الفرص الاستثمارية
- تحليل أداء المشاريع والمحفظة بما في ذلك IRR وNPV وROE والتدفقات النقدية ومقاييس الربحية
- إعداد خطط الأعمال والتوقعات والتوصيات المالية للإدارة ولجان الاستثمار
- إجراء تحليلات الحساسية وتحليل (what-if) لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية
- تحدي الافتراضات التجارية والمالية عبر المشاريع التطويرية
- إعداد التقارير التنفيذية ومذكرات الاستثمار والعروض التقديمية لأصحاب المصلحة من المستوى الأعلى
- دفع عجلة التحسين المستمر في النمذجة المالية وإعداد التقارير والعمليات التحليلية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التحليل المالي والنمذجة المالية وتحليل الاستثمار أو تمويل المشاريع
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في بناء وصيانة نماذج مالية معقدة
- مهارات متقدمة في النمذجة المالية باستخدام برنامج Excel
- خبرة في تقييم DCF ودراسات الجدوى والتنبؤ وتخطيط الأعمال
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والعروض التقديمية
- يفضل وجود خبرة في استخدام Power BI أو Tableau أو أدوات إعداد التقارير المماثلة

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across a portfolio of strategic development projects. The role will be responsible for creating robust financial models, driving investment analysis, supporting business planning, evaluating strategic opportunities, and providing decision-making insights to senior leadership.
This position requires a highly analytical professional with deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models
- Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities
- Analyze project and portfolio performance, including IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics
- Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees
- Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects
- Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, investment analysis, or project finance
- Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
- Experience with DCF valuation, feasibility studies, forecasting, and business planning
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred
