تدعم شركة القدية (Qiddiya Investment Company) في الرياض أخصائي الامتثال البيئي الأول (Senior Specialist - Environmental Audit) في تنفيذ أنشطة الامتثال البيئي، ضمن فريق يُشرف عليه مدير أول.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تنفيذ أطر وإجراءات الامتثال البيئي وفقاً للالتزامات التنظيمية والخطط الداخلية للشركة.
- المساعدة في مراقبة بيانات أداء الامتثال وإعداد تقارير دورية لضمان الالتزام باللوائح وشروط التصاريح والمتطلبات الداخلية.
- المشاركة في تقييمات وعمليات التفتيش والتدقيق والمراجعات البيئية من خلال جمع المعلومات وحفظ السجلات ومتابعة بنود العمل.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لدعم مبادرات الامتثال البيئي ومتطلبات الإبلاغ.
- دعم تنفيذ جلسات توعوية وعروض تقديمية واتصالات حول موضوعات الامتثال البيئي.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع المتعلقة بالامتثال والضمان من خلال تقديم الدعم البحثي والتوثيقي والإداري.
- المساهمة في دمج متطلبات الامتثال في أنشطة المشروع من خلال التنسيق بين الوظائف.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية: سعودي (KSA national) مع إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية (ثنائي اللغة).
- المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في العلوم البيئية، الهندسة البيئية، الإدارة البيئية، الامتثال، أو مجال ذي صلة، أو بكالوريوس في أي مجال هندسي (مثل الكيميائي، الميكانيكي).
- الشهادات المهنية: شهادات مثل ISO 14001 أو في الامتثال البيئي أو الامتثال التنظيمي أو ما شابهها تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة: حوالي 2-4 سنوات في مجال الامتثال البيئي أو الإدارة البيئية أو الضمان أو مجال ذي صلة، مع تفضيل خبرة دعم المشاريع الكبيرة أو المنظمات المعقدة.

The Environmental Compliance Specialist supports the delivery of environmental compliance activities within Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC). Qualifications

Core Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of environmental compliance frameworks, procedures, and related programs in line with QIC's regulatory obligations and departmental plans
- Assist in monitoring compliance performance data and preparing routine reports to support adherence to applicable regulations, permit conditions, and internal requirements
- Participate in compliance assessments, inspections, audits, and reviews by gathering information, maintaining records, and following up on action items
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, as directed by the manager, to support environmental compliance initiatives and reporting requirements
- Support the delivery of awareness sessions, presentations, and communications on environmental compliance topics
- Assist in the execution of project activities related to compliance and assurance by providing research, documentation, and administrative support
- Contribute to the integration of compliance requirements into project activities by supporting coordination across functions
- Collect, organize, and analyze compliance data to support reporting, issue tracking, and decision-making
- Stay informed on relevant environmental regulations, permit requirements, standards, and industry practices, and share updates with the wider team as needed
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Compliance, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in any of the engineering fields (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical)
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 14001, environmental compliance, regulatory compliance, or similar are advantageous
- Experience
- Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience in environmental compliance, environmental management, assurance, or a related field
- Experience supporting large-scale projects or complex organizations is desirable
- Working knowledge of environmental regulations, permit conditions, compliance obligations, and reporting requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage assigned tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, develop technical capability, and travel to project sites and meetings as required
