المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في إعداد وإدارة الميزانيات السنوية والتوقعات المالية، وضمان تخطيط مالي شامل يتماشى مع أهداف الإدارات والاستراتيجية
- إجراء تحليل تفصيلي للفروقات لتقييم الأداء المالي مقارنة بأهداف الميزانية، وإبراز الرؤى والاتجاهات الرئيسية
- إعداد تقارير مالية منتظمة ولوحات بيانية لإطلاع أصحاب المصلحة على المؤشرات والأداء المالي
- التعاون مع مختلف الفرق في المؤسسة لجمع البيانات اللازمة ودعم اتخاذ القرارات المالية
- دعم جهود النمذجة المالية لتقييم فرص الاستثمار وتحليل جدوى المشاريع
- البقاء على اطلاع بتطورات الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات لتعزيز عملية التخطيط المالي ضمن القدية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4-6 سنوات في التخطيط المالي والتحليل أو دور مشابه
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والقدرة على تفسير البيانات المعقدة
- إتقان النمذجة المالية ومهارات متقدمة في Excel

As the Assistant Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, your primary responsibilities will include preparing financial forecasts, conducting variance analyses, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure financial alignment with Qiddiya's goals. You will play a vital role in financial reporting and in providing data-driven recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring comprehensive financial planning that aligns with departmental objectives and strategic goals
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to evaluate financial performance compared to budget targets, highlighting key insights and trends
- Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards to provide visibility into financial metrics and performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with various teams in the organization to gather necessary data and support financial decision-making
- Support financial modeling efforts to assess investment opportunities and analyze project viability
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to enhance the financial planning process within Qiddiya
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- At least 4-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel capabilities
- Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly to stakeholders
