نبذة عن الوظيفة
المستشار القانوني المشارك في شركة القدية للاستثمار سيكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم الدعم والتوجيه القانوني الشامل لمشاريع الشركة وشركاتها التابعة، بما في ذلك شركة عمليات حديقة القدية التي تشرف على تطوير مشاريع ترفيهية كبرى مثل منتزه سيكس فلاجز وحديقة أكوارابيا المائية. يتطلب هذا الدور محترفاً قانونياً متمرساً يتمتع بخبرة عميقة في القانون التجاري والشركات والبنية التحتية، خاصة في قطاعي الترفيه وتقنية المعلومات مع التركيز على المنتجات والأنظمة الموجهة للمستهلكين. سيعمل المستشار القانوني المشارك كمستشار موثوق، متعاوناً مع أقسام متعددة لتخفيف المخاطر القانونية وضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم استشارات قانونية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للفرق الداخلية والشركات التابعة.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ الأطر والعمليات القانونية التي تحمي أصول الشركة وتضمن الامتثال.
- قيادة التفاوض وإدارة العقود والمعاملات القانونية الأخرى.
- الإشراف على عمليات المطالبات وحل النزاعات بالتنسيق مع المستشارين الخارجيين عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة قانونية (LL.B أو ما يعادلها) مطلوبة؛ ويفضل درجة متقدمة (LL.M أو Juris Doctor).
- خبرة قانونية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، خاصة في قطاع الترفيه أو البنية التحتية أو القطاعات ذات الصلة.
- يفضل الحصول على ترخيص مزاولة المحاماة في المملكة العربية السعودية؛ ويفضل أيضاً الترخيص في ولاية قضائية من النظام العام (common law).
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على العمل بفعالية عبر فرق متعددة.
- مهارات تحليلية ممتازة واهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني ضمن بيئة ديناميكية.
- إجادة ثنائية اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية) مرغوب فيها للغاية.

The Associate General Counsel at Qiddiya Investment Company will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and guidance across the company's various projects and subsidiaries, including Qiddiya Park Operations LLC-which oversees the development of major entertainment projects such as Six Flags Theme Park and Aquarabia Water Park.
This role requires a skilled legal professional with deep expertise in corporate, commercial, and infrastructure law, especially within the leisure and IT sectors focusing on consumer-facing products and systems. The Associate General Counsel will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with multiple departments to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate legal advice and support to internal teams and subsidiaries
- Assist in developing and implementing legal frameworks and processes that protect company assets and ensure compliance
- Lead negotiation and management of contracts and other legal transactions
- Oversee claims and dispute resolution processes, coordinating with external counsel as necessary
- Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) is required; advanced degree (LL.M or Juris Doctor) preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in entertainment, infrastructure, or related sectors
- Admission to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred; admission in a common law jurisdiction is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English highly desirable
