الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة؛ درجة الماجستير مفضلة.
- أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في التسويق الرقمي أو إدارة الويب أو قيادة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- سجل نجاح في إدارة منصات ويب وقنوات تواصل اجتماعي واسعة النطاق لعلامات تجارية بارزة.

- Manage the design, content, and functionality of Qiddiya's websites and social channels ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
- Oversee the planning and implementation of social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, IT, and external agencies, to align digital efforts and maintain brand consistency
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor platform performance, user engagement, and campaign effectiveness; providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and optimize digital presence
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team responsible for web and social media platforms
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to web development and social media management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or social media leadership roles
- Proven success in managing large-scale web platforms and social media channels for high-profile brands
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, SEO, SEM, and social media analytics tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing agency partners
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills
