يسر شركة Stryker، الرائدة عالميًا في التقنيات الطبية، أن تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس خدمات ميدانية في المنطقة الغربية (جدة والمدينة المنورة) لدعم فريق الخدمات الفنية، مع التركيز على مجموعة منتجات الرعاية الطبية والطوارئ (النقالات، الأسرة، أجهزة الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي، مزيلات الرجفان، وغيرها).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استكشاف أخطاء منتجات الشركة وإصلاحها وتقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
- القيام بصيانة وإصلاح وخدمة وقائية لمنتجات الشركة وفق المعايير المطلوبة واتباع الإجراءات ذات الصلة.
- إجراء اختبارات المنتجات وتقديم تقارير اختبار وخدمة كاملة.
- تنفيذ عمليات التركيب والإعداد والتحديثات على منتجات الشركة عند الحاجة.
- الوفاء بعقود الخدمة من خلال زيارات الصيانة الوقائية المخطط لها.
- ضمان متابعة جميع التذاكر/أوامر العمل في الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق مع وظائف الدعم المناسبة والعملاء لجدولة زيارات العملاء.
- تصعيد الفرص والمشكلات عبر القنوات المناسبة والبقاء على اطلاع دائم بالامتثال والجوانب القانونية المتعلقة بالوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية هندسية (يفضل كهرباء/إلكترونيات/ميكانيكا، ويُقبل الهندسة الطبية الحيوية والاتصالات).
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابةً (بما في ذلك المصطلحات التقنية والطبية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة أساسية بشبكات IP (مفضلة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تقنية وتحليلية قوية.
- مهارات اتصال قوية.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسوب ومهارات حاسوبية جيدة.

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the Western region (Jeddah/Medinah) to join our Technical Service team. This role will mostly be focused on our Medical/Emergency Care portfolio (stretchers, beds, CPR devices, defibrillators, etc.).
What You Will Do

- To troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers
- To undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followed
- To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports
- To perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required.
- To fulfil Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits.
- To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders
- To work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visits
- To escalate opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis.
Required:
- Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred. Biomedical, Telecommunications, accepted)
- Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English and local language
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Computer skills / literacy
- Basic IP Networking knowledge
