We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Investment Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real Estate Investment, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and analyze potential investment opportunities and support strategic investment decisions through comprehensive financial and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities aligned with the company’s investment strategy and objectives.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and develop financial models to assess investment opportunities, expected returns, risks, and overall feasibility.

• Prepare and review feasibility studies, investment proposals, and business cases for potential real estate investments.

• Conduct market research and analyze real estate market trends, supply and demand, pricing, competition, and potential investment risks.

• Perform financial and commercial due diligence on potential acquisitions and investment opportunities.

• Analyze key investment indicators, including ROI, IRR, NPV, cash flow, and other relevant financial metrics.

• Prepare investment presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior management and investment committees.

• Monitor the performance of existing real estate investments and provide periodic analysis and recommendations.

• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, developers, and external stakeholders throughout the investment evaluation and execution process.

• Support acquisition, development, and investment activities from initial opportunity assessment through transaction execution.

• Maintain and monitor a pipeline of potential investment opportunities and support management in making informed investment decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Investment, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment.

• Strong experience in the Real Estate sector is required.

• Solid experience in Real Estate Investment Analysis, Financial Modeling, Feasibility Studies,

Market Research, and Investment Evaluation.

• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, financial metrics, and market dynamics.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and manage multiple investment opportunities simultaneously.
