نبحث عن مدير بيئات اختبار ذي خبرة لقيادة التخطيط والحوكمة والإدارة التشغيلية لبيئات الإنتاج غير التشغيلية في المؤسسة، والتي تدعم تطوير التطبيقات واختبار التكامل واختبار قبول المستخدم واختبار الأداء وأنشطة ما قبل الإنتاج. تجمع هذه الوظيفة بين إدارة المشاريع وتنسيق البنية التحتية وحوكمة البيئة لضمان تسليم بيئات الاختبار في الوقت المحدد وبتهيئة مناسبة، وبما يتوافق مع أهداف العمل والمشاريع. المرشح المثالي سيمتلك خلفية تقنية قوية في البنية التحتية، ومهارات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع، وخبرة مثبتة في تنسيق فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل البنية التحتية والشبكات وقواعد البيانات والوسيطة والأمن و DevOps وتطوير التطبيقات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- امتلاك دورة الحياة الكاملة لبيئات الاختبار في المؤسسة.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لجميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالبيئة عبر المشاريع.
- تطوير وصيانة خارطة طريق البيئة وخطة السعة في المؤسسة.
- قيادة اجتماعات تخطيط البيئة مع مدراء المشاريع والقادة التقنيين وفرق ضمان الجودة والبنية التحتية وإدارة الإصدارات.
- تنسيق تجهيز البيئة عبر فرق الخوادم والتخزين والشبكات وقواعد البيانات والوسيطة والأمن والسحابة.
- ضمان جاهزية البنية التحتية قبل اختبار التكامل واختبار قبول المستخدم واختبار الأداء ومرحلة ما قبل الإنتاج.
- إدارة حجز البيئة وتخصيصها وجدولتها وحل النزاعات عبر مشاريع متعددة متزامنة.
- تنسيق نشر التطبيقات وتغييرات البنية التحتية مع إدارة الإصدارات.
- إدارة التبعيات بين التطبيقات والوسيطة وقواعد البيانات والشبكات وخدمات البنية التحتية.
- تتبع معالم المشروع وضمان توافق تسليم البيئة مع الجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
- قيادة تحديد المخاطر وإدارة المشكلات والتخطيط للتخفيف من المخاطر المتعلقة بتوفر البيئة.
- تنسيق تحديثات البيئة واستنساخ قواعد البيانات وإدارة بيانات الاختبار.
- مراقبة استخدام البيئة وتحسين تخصيص الموارد.
- قيادة النقاشات التقنية مع مهندسي البنية التحتية وفرق الهندسة.
- إعداد التقارير التنفيذية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ولوحات المعلومات وتقارير حالة البيئة.
- دفع مبادرات الأتمتة في التجهيز والمراقبة والتحقق من البيئة.
- ضمان الامتثال لإدارة التغيير وعمليات ITIL ومعايير الأمان.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة تتراوح بين 8-12+ سنة في البنية التحتية أو إدارة المشاريع التقنية أو إدارة البيئة أو إدارة الإصدارات.
- 5 سنوات على الأقل في إدارة بيئات غير إنتاجية في المؤسسات.
- فهم قوي للبنية التحتية المؤسسية والأنظمة الموزعة.
- خبرة في تنسيق فرق البنية التحتية والشبكات وقواعد البيانات والوسيطة والأمن والتطبيقات.
- خبرة في إدارة مشاريع مؤسسية متعددة متزامنة.
- خبرة في القطاع المصرفي أو الخدمات المالية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إدارة المشاريع وإدارة الخدمات: إدارة المشاريع، إدارة البيئة، إدارة الإصدارات، تخطيط السعة، إدارة المخاطر، إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، إدارة التغيير، إطار ITIL.

- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise test environments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all environment-related activities across projects.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise Environment Roadmap and Capacity Plan.
- Lead environment planning meetings with Project Managers, Technical Leads, QA, Infrastructure, and Release Management teams.
- Coordinate environment provisioning across Server, Storage, Network, Database, Middleware, Security, and Cloud teams.
- Ensure infrastructure readiness before SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, and Pre-Production.
- Manage environment booking, allocation, scheduling, and conflict resolution across multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate application deployments and infrastructure changes with Release Management.
- Manage dependencies between applications, middleware, databases, network, and infrastructure services.
- Track project milestones and ensure environment delivery aligns with project timelines.
- Lead risk identification, issue management, and mitigation planning related to environment availability.
- Coordinate environment refreshes, database cloning, and test data management.
- Monitor environment utilization and optimize resource allocation.
- Lead technical discussions with infrastructure architects and engineering teams.
- Prepare executive reports, KPIs, dashboards, and environment status reports.
- Drive automation initiatives for provisioning, monitoring, and environment validation.
- Ensure compliance with Change Management, ITIL processes, and security standards.
