في هذا الدور الإقليمي، ستتصرف كخبير علاجي مخصص، لربط استراتيجية الدولة والمناطق المتعددة لتحسين النتائج الطبية عبر منطقتي الشرق الأوسط وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ. ستتعاون بشكل وثيق مع القيادات الطبية المحلية وفرق التسويق التجاري للمرض والشركاء متعددي الوظائف لتحسين نتائج المرضى وتحقيق التميز العلمي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية الطبية الإقليمية عبر دورة حياة المرض كاملة، لضمان تقديم قيمة متسقة عبر أنظمة الرعاية الصحية المتنوعة.
- قيادة مبادرات الاستخبارات التنافسية وتجميع الرؤى الطبية لضمان جاهزية الإطلاق والاستعداد للسوق على المستوى الإقليمي.
- رفع القدرات المحلية من خلال تقديم برامج تدريبية عالية التأثير للفرق الوطنية، والممكنين الطبيين، والموظفين الجدد.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة طبية (MD) أو درجة بكالوريوس في العلوم الصيدلانية أو علوم الحياة ذات الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الشؤون الطبية ضمن قطاع الأدوية أو الرعاية الصحية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في إنشاء المحتوى العلمي، وتجميع الرؤى الطبية، وإشراك قادة الفكر.
- قدرات قوية في تفسير البيانات، التقييم السريري، والتواصل العلمي.

You will collaborate closely with local medical leads, disease commercialization teams, and cross-functional partners to improve patient outcomes and drive scientific excellence.

- Shape and execute the regional medical strategy across the full disease lifecycle, ensuring consistent value delivery across diverse healthcare systems
- Lead competitive intelligence initiatives and synthesize medical insights to ensure regional launch readiness and market preparedness
- Elevate local capabilities by delivering high-impact training programs for country teams, medical enablers, and new joiners
- Partner with regional marketing teams to co-create and adapt scientific and educational materials that address critical unmet medical needs
- Cultivate strategic, collaborative partnerships with key Thought Leaders and Investigators to advance scientific exchange and evidence generation
- Foster a customer-centric environment that addresses healthcare provider needs through transparent, ethical, and high-quality scientific communication
- Support Real-World Data (RWD) initiatives and evidence generation strategies in close alignment with global and regional clinical operations
You are a strategic medical professional driven by a patient-centric mindset and a passion for scientific exchange. You thrive in complex, multicultural environments and bring a collaborative spirit to cross-functional teams.
- Hold a Medical Degree (MD) or a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related Life Sciences
- Bring 5+ years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Demonstrate expertise in scientific content creation, medical insight synthesis, and Thought Leader engagement
- Possess strong capabilities in data interpretation, clinical evaluation, and scientific communication
- Show a track record of driving impact within cross-functional matrix environments and regional workstreams
- Bring a natural growth mindset with strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
