نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيدعم متدرب التدقيق الداخلي إدارة التدقيق الداخلي في تنفيذ الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتدقيق، بما في ذلك جمع الأدلة، وتوثيق أوراق العمل، وتحليل البيانات، ومتابعة تنفيذ توصيات التدقيق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في جمع وتوثيق وتنظيم وحفظ أدلة التدقيق ضمن ملفات أوراق العمل.
- دعم إعداد وتحديث متتبعات متابعة توصيات التدقيق وحالة التنفيذ.
- المساعدة في استخراج البيانات وتنظيمها وتحليلها باستخدام Microsoft Excel.
- إعداد المسودات الأولية والمستندات الداعمة لأنشطة التدقيق تحت إشراف فريق التدقيق الداخلي.
- تقديم الدعم التنظيمي والإداري لإدارة التدقيق الداخلي.
- مساعدة الفريق في متابعة الإدارات المعنية بشأن تنفيذ توصيات التدقيق.
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات والوثائق الحساسة المتعلقة بالتدقيق ومعالجتها بشكل صحيح.
- دعم إدارة التدقيق الداخلي في إتمام الأنشطة المرتبطة بخطة التدقيق السنوية المعتمدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة جيدة بأساسيات استخدام Microsoft Excel.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغة العربية.
- إلمام كافٍ باللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتوثيقية قوية.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات السرية والحساسة.
- الرغبة في التعلم وتطوير المعرفة العملية في مجال التدقيق الداخلي.
- الالتزام الكامل بالسرية والأخلاقيات المهنية.

Job Summary:
The Internal Audit Trainee will support the Internal Audit Department in carrying out audit-related activities, including evidence collection, working paper documentation, data analysis, and follow-up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, documenting, organizing, and filing audit evidence within working paper files.
- Support the preparation and updating of audit recommendation follow-up trackers and implementation status.
- Assist in extracting, organizing, and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare initial drafts and supporting documentation for audit activities under the supervision of the Internal Audit team.
- Provide organizational and administrative support to the Internal Audit Department.
- Assist the team in following up with relevant departments regarding the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive audit information and documentation.
- Support the Internal Audit Department in completing activities related to the approved annual audit plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal Arabic communication skills.
- Adequate command of English.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge in Internal Audit.
- Full commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
