شركة نسيج (Naseej)، الرائدة في مجال التحول الرقمي والتعلم الإلكتروني وإدارة المعرفة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، تبحث عن محاسب أول (Senior Accountant) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، للمساهمة في ضمان الدقة المالية والامتثال للمعايير الدولية ودعم القرارات التجارية من خلال التقارير والتحليلات المالية الموثوقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتحليل القوائم المالية وفقاً لمعايير IFRS.
- إدارة الأنشطة المحاسبية اليومية باستخدام أنظمة ERP (يفضل Microsoft Dynamics).
- قيادة عمليات الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي.
- الإشراف على إعداد التقارير المالية الموحدة عبر الإدارات أو الكيانات.
- دعم المحاسبة القائمة على المشاريع، بما في ذلك تتبع التكاليف ومراقبة الميزانية.
- التنسيق ودعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
- إجراء التحليلات المالية وبناء النماذج لدعم الاستراتيجيات التجارية.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف (المالية، العمليات، مدراء المشاريع).
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة الزكاة وضريبة القيمة المضافة وضريبة الاستقطاع (WHT)، بما في ذلك التقديم والتقارير في الوقت المحدد لهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في المحاسبة، منها سنتان على الأقل في منصب محاسب أول.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
- شهادات مهنية في IFRS أو CPA أو CMA أو ACCA أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة قوية في أنظمة ERP - ويفضل Microsoft Dynamics.
- فهم متين لإعداد التقارير المالية، بما في ذلك إعداد القوائم الموحدة.
- خبرة في المحاسبة القائمة على المشاريع ومراقبة الميزانية.
- معرفة ممتازة بمعايير IFRS ومعايير الامتثال المالي.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الزكاة وضريبة الاستقطاع في السعودية، بما في ذلك الحساب والتقديم ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- خبرة في قطاع التكنولوجيا أو التحول الرقمي تعتبر ميزة قوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية ونمذجة مالية.
- إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Excel والأدوات المالية الأخرى.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with international standards, and supporting business decisions through reliable financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting across departments or entities.
- Support project-based accounting, including cost tracking and budget monitoring.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Perform financial analysis and build models to support business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, project managers)
- Ensure compliance with Zakat, VAT, and withholding tax (WHT) regulations, including timely filing and reporting to ZATCA.
- 4-6 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- IFRS, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or other relevant accounting certifications.
- Strong experience with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, including preparation of consolidated statements.
- Experience in project-based accounting and budget control.
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial tools.
- Experience in the technology or digital transformation sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Zakat and withholding tax regulations in Saudi Arabia, including calculation, filing, and compliance requirements.
