نبحث عن Senior Integration Engineer لدعم ومراقبة خدمات التكامل وواجهات API، واستكشاف مشكلات الاتصال والتكامل وحلها، وضمان توفر وأداء واستقرار خدمات التكامل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة ودعم خدمات التكامل وواجهات API.
  • مراقبة أنشطة التكامل بين الأنظمة والتطبيقات.
  • تحليل وحل مشكلات الاتصال والتكامل والمصادقة والتشفير.
  • تنفيذ ومراقبة طلبات التغيير والتحديث.
  • دعم إطلاق الخدمات الجديدة والتحديثات.
  • التنسيق مع فرق التطبيقات والشبكات والبنية التحتية والأمن السيبراني.
  • مراقبة الحوادث والامتثال لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA).
  • مراقبة أداء واستقرار خدمات التكامل.
  • توثيق الحلول والمعرفة.
  • المشاركة في المشاريع الجديدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس.
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • تكامل وإدارة واجهات API (API Integration & Management).
  • تكامل الأنظمة والتطبيقات (System & Application Integration).
  • استكشاف أخطاء التكامل وإصلاحها (Integration Troubleshooting).
  • المصادقة والتشفير (Authentication & Encryption).
  • مراقبة الخدمات (Service Monitoring).
  • إدارة الحوادث واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA & Incident Management).
  • التوثيق الفني (Technical Documentation).

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to support and monitor integration services and APIs, troubleshoot connectivity and integration issues, and ensure the availability, performance, and stability of integration services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support integration services and API interfaces.
  • Monitor integration activities between systems and applications.
  • Analyze and resolve connectivity, integration, authentication, and encryption issues.
  • Implement and monitor change and update requests.
  • Support the launch of new services and updates.
  • Coordinate with application, network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Monitor incidents and SLA compliance.
  • Monitor the performance and stability of integration services.
  • Document solutions and knowledge.
  • Participate in new projects.
