تعلن ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail عن توفر وظيفة مشغل آلة استقامة (Operator, Straightener) في الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى مشغل آلة الاستقامة تنفيذ جميع متطلبات الوظيفة وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية الخاصة بالمنطقة. يضمن تشغيل جميع المعدات بأمان، ويحافظ على بيئة عمل آمنة، وينتج منتجاً عالي الجودة يلبي جميع متطلبات العميل، مع دعم التحسين المستمر للعملية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • صيانة المعدات من خلال تنفيذ متطلبات الصيانة الوقائية وفقاً لتعليمات الشركة المصنعة، واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، وطلب الإصلاحات عند الحاجة.
  • أداء مهام الصيانة (Trade Assist) أثناء فترات التوقف المخطط لها وغير المخطط لها حسب الحاجة.
  • قراءة وفهم جميع السياسات والإجراءات (بما في ذلك إجراءات التشغيل القياسية SOPs) والتعليمات والقواعد واللوائح (بما في ذلك السلامة والبيئة والجودة) المرتبطة بهذه الوظيفة.
  • الاستجابة المناسبة وتقديم المعلومات والتقارير والتواصل بفعالية عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان التعريف الصحيح للمنتج وإمكانية تتبعه طوال العملية.
  • تقديم أفضل ناتج ممكن لضمان أفضل منتج ممكن.
  • استكمال جميع الأعمال الورقية و/أو جمع البيانات الإلكترونية المطلوبة.
  • ضمان جودة استقامة الأنبوب وفقاً لمواصفات العميل ومعايير API ومعايير ARMCO.
  • الإعداد الفعال والكفء والمراقبة والتشغيل للآلة.
  • القيام بفحوصات بصرية وأبعاد منتظمة لدرافيل الاستقامة واستبدال الدرافيل البالية عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان تبريد درافيل الاستقامة بشكل صحيح.
  • تنظيف حوض الترسبات بانتظام.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة.
  • شهادة فنية أو أعلى يفضل أن يكون التخصص في الميكانيكا.
  • خبرة: لمستوى الثانوية العامة: 3 سنوات على الأقل في الوظيفة أو الوظائف ذات الصلة.
  • خبرة: بعد الثانوية العامة: غير إلزامية ولكن يفضل في صناعة مماثلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مستوى متوسط في اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية جيدة.
  • مهارات جيدة في استخدام الحاسوب وتطبيقات البرامج المكتبية القياسية.
  • مهارات جيدة في استكشاف الأعطال والتحليل واتخاذ القرارات.

Role Summary:

The Operator, Straightener is responsible for performing all job requirements according to the area-specific Standard Operating Procedures. This role ensures the safe operation of all equipment, maintains a safe working environment, and produces a quality product that meets all customer requirements while supporting continuous process improvement

Roles and Responsibilities:





  • Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs as required. 




  • Perform maintenance type tasks (Trade Assist) during planned and unplanned outages as required. 




  • Read and understand all policies, procedures (including SOP’s), instructions, rules, regulations (including safety, environment & quality) associated with this position. 




  • Respond appropriately and where required provide information, reports and communicate effectively. 




  • Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs as required. 




  • Perform maintenance type tasks (Trade Assist) during planned and unplanned outages as required. 




  • Ensure proper product identification and traceability throughout the process. 




  • Provide the best possible output to ensure the best possible product. 




  • Completion of all required paperwork and / or electronic data collection. 




  • Ensure a straightness quality of pipe per customer, API and ARMCO specifications. 




  • Effective and efficient setup, monitoring, and operating of machine. 




  • Perform regularly visual and dimensional inspection of straightener rolls and replace worn rolls whenever required. 




  • Ensure straightener rolls proper cooling. 




  • Clean regularly scale pit. 




    • Qualification and Education:




    • High School Certificate.

      • Technician Certificate or higher is preferred, major in Mechanics. 




    Experience:




      • High School level: minimum 3 year on the job/related function  




      • Post High School Diploma: not mandatory but preferably in a similar industry 




    Skills:





    • Intermediate English Level 




    • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 




    • Good Computer, standard corporate software application skills are required. 




    • Good troubleshooting, analytical and decision-making skills.
