شركة الفاربي ميد (Al Farabi Med) هي الذراع المتخصص للرعاية الصحية المنزلية التابعة لمختبرات الفاربي الطبية، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال المختبرات في المملكة العربية السعودية. تبحث الشركة عن أخصائي علاج طبيعي للعمل بشكل كامل في الموقع (On-site) في جدة، حيث سيقدم جلسات علاج طبيعي منزلية وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم جلسات علاج طبيعي منزلية تشمل التقييم، وضع خطة العلاج، وتنفيذها للمرضى ذوي الحالات الحادة والمزمنة.
- إجراء تقييمات بدنية شاملة وتصميم برامج تأهيل فردية.
- تطبيق التمارين العلاجية والعلاج اليدوي ومتابعة تقدم المرضى.
- تثقيف المرضى ومقدمي الرعاية حول برامج التمارين المنزلية والحركة الآمنة والوقاية من المضاعفات.
- التعاون مع الأطباء والممرضين وغيرهم من المهنيين الصحيين لضمان رعاية منسقة.
- الحفاظ على توثيق سريري دقيق والالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة في جميع الزيارات المنزلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة معترف بها في العلاج الطبيعي.
- ترخيص مهني ساري المفعول أو أهلية الممارسة كأخصائي علاج طبيعي في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة في إعادة التأهيل للحالات العضلية الهيكلية والعصبية وما بعد الجراحة، مع القدرة على تكييف خطط الرعاية للبيئات المنزلية.
- خبرة سابقة في الرعاية الصحية المنزلية أو التأهيل المجتمعي (مفضلة).
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (مفيد).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات سريرية في العلاج الطبيعي تشمل تقييم المرضى، وضع خطط العلاج، وتعليم التمارين العلاجية، وتقنيات العلاج اليدوي.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية لتثقيف المرضى والعائلات وبناء الثقة والعمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
- القدرة على إدارة الوقت والجداول بكفاءة، وترتيب أولويات الزيارات، والحفاظ على سجلات طبية مفصلة ودقيقة.
- معرفة بمكافحة العدوى وبروتوكولات سلامة المرضى والمعايير الأخلاقية ذات الصلة بممارسة الرعاية الصحية المنزلية.
- إجادة استخدام الأدوات الرقمية الأساسية للتوثيق والجدولة والتواصل؛ الإلمام بأنظمة الرعاية الصحية يعتبر ميزة.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Jiddah. The Physiotherapist will provide home-based physiotherapy sessions, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation for patients with acute and chronic conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough physical evaluations, designing individualized rehabilitation programs, performing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safe mobility, and prevention of complications. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold safety and quality standards in all home visits.

- Knowledge of infection control, patient safety protocols, and ethical standards relevant to home healthcare practice.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools for documentation, scheduling, and communication; familiarity with healthcare systems is an advantage.
- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy and valid professional licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physiotherapist in Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in home healthcare or community-based rehabilitation is preferred; Arabic and English language skills are beneficial.
