المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في خطة تنفيذ المشروع، تعليمات التصميم الهندسي، وعقود الطلبات؛ إعداد خطط المشروع ووثائق متعددة التخصصات مثل أساس التصميم ونطاقات أعمال المقاولين الفرعيين.
- إدارة وتنسيق المدخلات والمخرجات الهندسية متعددة التخصصات عبر مراكز التنفيذ المتعددة بما في ذلك مراكز الأعمال المشاركة ومراكز الهندسة عالية القيمة.
- فهم والعمل وفق نظام الجودة؛ مراقبة ومعالجة أوجه القصور.
- التحقق من تحديد ومعالجة قضايا الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأمن (HSES) في التصميم والتصنيع والبناء والتشغيل.
- تطوير إجراءات خاصة بالمشروع.
- ضمان امتثال التخصصات الهندسية بشكل صارم للعقد ونطاق العمل في إتمام أنشطة المشروع.
- المسؤولية عن ضمان جودة المخرجات الهندسية قبل تسليمها للعميل.
- رئاسة الاجتماعات الفنية مع الأطراف الثالثة وإدارة القضايا الفنية المحددة حتى الانتهاء.
- تخطيط أنشطة العمل الفردي وإدارة الوقت؛ التنسيق مع التخصصات لضمان استلام التعليقات في الوقت المحدد.
- المساهمة في خطة العمل، وضع الأهداف، وعقد مراجعات منتظمة.
- حث المهندسين على التسليم وفق الجدول الزمني، فهم أسباب التأخير كاملة، ودفع خطط التعافي.
- حل معظم حالات التأخير أو التغييرات، ورفع الحالات الأكثر خطورة فقط.
- تحديد وقياس التغييرات التي تؤثر على العمل؛ القدرة على تطبيق التغيير عند الموافقة عليه.
- الإشراف على عمل المتخصصين الفنيين في تسليم المخرجات الهندسية بما في ذلك مراجعة العمل.
- تنسيق فريق متعدد التخصصات متوسط الحجم (10-50 عادة).
- التواصل لتسهيل الجهود؛ تحفيز الفريق؛ الموقف القوي والإيجابي والاستباقي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو المعدنية أو المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة 10 سنوات في هندسة المشاريع ضمن مشاريع أرامكو.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل.

- Contributes to the Project Execution Plan, Discipline Design Instruction and Contract requisitions; prepares project plans and multi-discipline documents such as basis of design, subcontract scopes of work
- Able to manage and coordinate engineering multidiscipline inputs and deliverables across multiple execution centers including workshare / high value engineering centers
- Understands and works to quality system; monitors and acts on deficiencies
- Checks Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) issues are identified and addressed in design, manufacture, construction, commissioning and operations
- Develops Project Specific Procedures
- Ensures that the Engineering disciplines comply strictly with the contract and scope of work in completing project activities
- Responsible for assuring quality of engineering deliverables before issue to customer
- Chairs technical meetings with Third Parties and manages particular technical issues through to completion
- Plans individual work activities and manages time; liaises with disciplines to ensure timely receipt of comments
- Inputs to work plan, sets targets and holds regular reviews
- Expedite Engineers to deliver to schedule, fully understand reasons for delay and drive development of recovery plans
- Resolves most delays or changes and escalates only most serious issues
- Highlights and quantifies changes that impacts work
- Able to effect change when approved
- People Management Supervises work of technical professionals in the delivery of engineering deliverables including checking work
- Coordinates medium sized interdisciplinary team (typically 10-50)
- Communicates to facilitate work effort; motivates team; strong, positive and active in solutions and proactive attitude

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/metallurgical/civil or related field.
- 10 years’ project engineering experience in Aramco Projects.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
