شركة Wood، الرائدة عالمياً في مجالات الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، تبحث عن مشرف HSE (HSE Supervisor) للانضمام إلى فريقها في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيلعب هذا الدور دوراً محورياً في دعم تطوير منشأة جديدة لتعدين ومعالجة الذهب خلال مرحلتي الإنشاء وما قبل التشغيل، مع احتمالية أن يكون الموقع مكتبياً في البداية (الخبر، الرياض أو الجبيل) قبل الانتقال إلى موقع ميداني في السعودية بنظام المناوبة 8/2.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المشورة الإستراتيجية والتوجيه للمديرين بشأن جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- تنفيذ الأهداف والمبادرات السنوية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة على مستوى المجموعة وتطوير أهداف الشركة في هذا المجال.
- دعم مدراء وحدات الأعمال / العقود / المشاريع ومستشاري HSE في تطوير وتنفيذ الأهداف والمبادرات الخاصة بالمجموعة.
- دعم كبار المديرين في تحقيقات الحوادث والحوادث باستخدام عمليات التحقيق المناسبة (مثل Helix أو Taproot).
- مراقبة أفضل الممارسات وتطوير مبادرات HSE المتطورة بما يتناسب مع طبيعة العمل المدعوم.
- إتمام زيارات الدعم الإداري للمنشآت ومواقع العمل.
- دعم كبار المديرين ومستشاري HSE في الإبلاغ في الوقت المناسب عن مؤشرات HSE الرائدة والمتأخرة.
- إجراء مراجعات للمؤشرات المتأخرة لاتجاهات الحوادث وتقديم المشورة في الوقت المناسب لكبار المديرين والإدارة العليا بشأن الإجراءات والمبادرات.
- تقديم الإرشاد والتدريب للخريجين والموظفين الجدد في فريق HSE حسب الاقتضاء.
- تقديم الدعم عبر وحدات الأعمال حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء برامج التوجيه (Inductions) الخاصة بـ HSE للموظفين الجدد.
- تطوير مواد عرض تقديمية لـ HSE لدعم برامج التوجيه ومبادرات المجموعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في دور تقني أو ارتباط بدور HSE في صناعة أخرى.
- خبرة سابقة كمستشار HSE رئيسي أو أقدم مع خبرة في المشاريع / العقود في قطاع النفط والغاز أو أي صناعة أخرى.
- معرفة ممتازة بالتشريعات واللوائح ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات جيدة في التخطيط والتنظيم.
- استخدام فعال وكفؤ لحزمة Microsoft Office.
- مستوى عالٍ من مهارات الاتصال باللغتين الكتابية والشفوية.

Job Description
Wood is currently seeking an Area Lead, Process Plant (Thickener) to support our Projects business. This role will play a key part in the development of a new gold mining and processing facility during the construction and pre-commissioning phases. The position may initially be office-based in Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Jubail, prior to mobilising to a site-based assignment in Saudi Arabia on an 8/2 rotation.

- Providing strategic advice and guidance to their Managers on all HSE related matters
- Rolling-out of Group HSE annual objectives and initiatives and development of company HSE objectives
- Providing support to Business Unit/Contract/Project Managers and HSE Advisors in the development and roll-out of Group HSE objectives and other initiatives
- Providing support to senior Managers in incident and accident investigations through the use of an appropriate Investigation process (e.g. Helix or Taproot)
- Monitoring ‘best-practice’ and developing ‘leading-edge’ HSE initiatives as appropriate to the business they are supporting
- Completion of Management Support Visits to installations and work-sites
- Providing support to senior Managers and HSE Advisors in the timely reporting of both leading and lagging HSE Indicators
- Undertaking lagging indicator reviews of incident/accident trends and providing timely advice to senior Managers and Corporate Management on actions and initiatives
- Providing mentorship and training for graduate/new recruits into the HSE team as appropriate
- Providing cross-Business Unit support as required
- Carrying-out HSE Inductions for New-starts
- Developing HSE presentational material to support inductions and Group initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in a technical role, or association with HSE role in another industry.
- Lead/Senior HSE advisor experience with project/contract experience in O&G or other industry
- Excellent working knowledge with relevant legislation and regulations
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Effective/competent MS Office Suite User
- High level of communication skills in both written and spoken format
