يسر شركة Siemens Mobility في مصر أن تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس واجهات لأنظمة الكهرباء والميكانيكا (E&M Interface Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقها في القاهرة، للمشاركة في أحد مشاريع السكك الحديدية فائقة السرعة الرائدة في البلاد والذي يمتد على حوالي 2,000 كيلومتر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق الواجهات بين المقاول المدني ونطاق أعمال أنظمة سيمنز (E&M) خلال مرحلتي التصميم والإنشاء في مشاريع السكك الحديدية الجاهزة (Turnkey).
- إعداد وثائق الواجهات المتعلقة بأنظمة E&M بالتنسيق مع التخصصات ذات الصلة داخل سيمنز ومع الشركاء، ثم التنسيق مع ممثل جهة العمل للحصول على الموافقات.
- تنسيق عملية الواجهات الخاصة بأنظمة E&M ضمن نظام السكك الحديدية الكلي مع شريك التحالف (مثل الاتصالات)، والشركات المدنية المعنية، والاستشاريين للمحطات والأجزاء الجانبية والمستودع.
- التنسيق بين جميع الواجهات ذات الصلة بأنظمة E&M ونطاق أعمال سيمنز والشركات المدنية المعنية.
- التفاعل مع فريق مشروع سيمنز، وفريق الهندسة، والإدارات المعنية داخل سيمنز (مثل التجارية والقانونية وإدارة المشاريع)، بالإضافة إلى التحالف والشركات المدنية والمكاتب المعمارية والجهات العامة والاستشاريين حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان تكامل تصميمات واجهات E&M وتصميمات MEP مع مختلف الشركات المدنية لتجنب الحلول المنفردة مع شركاء واجهات مختلفين.
- المساهمة في تغييرات التصميم الميداني المتعلقة بمحطات الركاب/محطات الطاقة/الجوانب/المستودع وتصميم النظام، وتقارير عدم المطابقة، وطلبات المعلومات، والوثائق.
- المساهمة في موضوعات مثل التفاوض على أوامر تغيير العقود.
- مراجعة التصميمات المقدمة من الفرق (سيمنز/الشركاء/جهة العمل) للموافقة عبر نظام Aconex WF.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال هندسة E&M، ويفضل خبرة في النقل بالسكك الحديدية في تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع تحسين النقل الرئيسية (محطات ركاب/محطات طاقة/جوانب/مستودع).
- معرفة قوية في مجالات إدارة الواجهات، ويفضل أن تشمل أيضاً MEP والاتصالات والهندسة الكهربائية والتأريض والربط والمعرفة بأنظمة السكك الحديدية.
- كفاءة في التقييم الفني لتخطيط وتنفيذ تصميم أنظمة أعمال E&M للبنية التحتية للسكك الحديدية.
- إتقان الكتابة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية.

- إدارة واجهات المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
- التنسيق بين الفرق المختلفة (مدنية، كهرباء، اتصالات، استشاريين).

What Are My Responsibilities?
- Responsible for the interface coordination between the Civil Contractor and Siemens System (E&M) Scope at the design and construction phase in Railway Turnkey Projects.
- Prepare E&M-related interfaces Interface documents with coordination with related disciplines withing Siemens and partners. Then coordinate with Employer representative to reach approvals.
- Coordinate the interface process of the E&M systems into the overall Rail System with the consortium partner (e.g. Telecoms), the involved civil companies, and consultants for the stations, wayside sections, and the depot.
- Coordinate all E&M-related interfaces between Siemens System scope and the involved civil companies.
- Interact with the Siemens project team, the Siemens Engineering team, relevant departments inside the Siemens organization (such as Commercial, legal, and Project Management), the consortium, civil companies, architect’s offices, public jurisdictions, citizen groups, and consultants whenever necessary.
- Ensure that the E&M interface and MEP designs with the different civil companies are harmonized to avoid individual solutions with different interface partners.
- Contribute to passenger stations/power station/wayside/depot and system design-related field design changes, non-conformance reports, requests for information, and documentation.
- Contribute to subjects such as negotiating contract change orders.
- Review designs submitted by teams (Siemens/partners/employer) approvals via Aconex WF.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or any equivalent.
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in E&M Engineering, additionally rail transportation experience in the design and construction of major transit improvement projects (passenger stations/power station/wayside/depot) is highly desirable.
- You have strong knowledge in the areas of interface management. Further knowledge in MEP, Telecoms, Electrical engineering, Earthing and bonding and system knowledge of railway is desirable.
- Technical assessment competence for planning and executing systems design of E&M systems works for railway infrastructure.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
