تعلن شركة (Confidential) عن حاجتها إلى مدير عمليات رفع (Lifting Manager - Filipino) للعمل في الرياض، وذلك للانضمام إلى فريق المشاريع الجارية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد ومراجعة خطط الرفع وبيانات الطرق (method statements).
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة الرفع بأمان وكفاءة.
  • الإشراف على عمليات الرفع في الموقع.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والسلامة والمقاولين.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في عمليات الرفع في مشاريع البناء.
  • معرفة قوية بخطط الرفع وتقييم المخاطر ومعايير السلامة.
  • خبرة في الرفع الثقيل والرافعات وعمليات التجهيز (rigging).
  • الإلمام بمعايير أرامكو أو المعايير الدولية (يفضل).
  • شهادات ذات صلة مثل LEEA أو مشرف رفع (lifting supervisor) أو ما يعادلها.
  • الجنسية الفلبينية (حسب المسمى الوظيفي).

We are currently looking for an experienced Lifting Engineer Manager to join our team for ongoing projects in Riyadh.

📍 Location: Riyadh, KSA

💼 Experience: Minimum 7+ years

✅ Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience minimum 7+ years in lifting operations on construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of lifting plans, risk assessments, and safety standards
  • Experience in heavy lifting, cranes, and rigging operations
  • Familiarity with Aramco / international standards is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., LEEA, lifting supervisor, etc.)

✅ Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review lifting plans and method statements
  • Ensure all lifting activities are performed safely and efficiently
  • Supervise lifting operations on-site
  • Coordinate with project teams, safety, and contractors
