شركة القدية (Qiddiya Investment Company) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Senior Manager - Operational Readiness في الرياض، السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى قيادة وتنسيق جميع جوانب الجاهزية التشغيلية لمشاريع الترفيه والثقافة المبتكرة، وضمان الإطلاق السلس والتشغيل المستمر للمرافق العالمية، مع التركيز على التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتخفيف المخاطر والتعاون بين الأقسام لتقديم تجارب استثنائية للزوار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وتحسين خطط شاملة للجاهزية التشغيلية تتوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للقدية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المشاريع والعمليات والهندسة وأصحاب المصلحة لدمج اعتبارات الجاهزية التشغيلية في مراحل تنفيذ المشروع.
- قيادة تقييمات الجاهزية لتحديد المخاطر والثغرات والفرص، ووضع استراتيجيات تخفيف لضمان نجاح إطلاق المشاريع واستدامة العمليات.
- الإشراف على مبادرات التدريب والتطوير لإعداد الفرق والموظفين للوصول إلى معايير الأداء المحددة.
- إنشاء ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) المتعلقة بالجاهزية التشغيلية والأداء، وتقديم النتائج والتوصيات للإدارة العليا.
- قيادة التحسين المستمر من خلال الاستفادة من أفضل الممارسات والمعايير الصناعية في الجاهزية التشغيلية.
- الدعوة إلى نهج يركز على الزوار في جميع جهود الجاهزية التشغيلية لتعزيز تجربة الزوار بشكل عام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة العمليات أو الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضّل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في الإدارة التشغيلية أو الجاهزية، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي عليا، ويفضّل في قطاع الترفيه أو مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.

This role is central to ensuring the seamless launch and ongoing operation of world-class facilities, focusing on strategic planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive operational readiness plans aligned with Qiddiya's strategic objectives
- Collaborate closely with project teams, operations, engineering, and stakeholder groups to integrate operational readiness considerations into project execution phases
- Lead readiness assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project launches and sustained operations
- Oversee training and development initiatives aimed at preparing staff and operational teams to meet defined performance standards
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and performance, reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and industry standards in operational readiness
- Champion a guest-focused approach throughout all operational readiness efforts to enhance the overall visitor experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in operational management or readiness, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the entertainment or large-scale infrastructure sectors
