تعلن طيران أديل عن توفر وظيفة Technical Planner في مدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع مزود الخدمة المتعاقد للحصول على قائمة الصيانة المستحقة ومراجعتها بشكل دوري.
- تحديد مهام الصيانة التي يجب إنجازها بناءً على تواريخ استحقاقها.
- التنسيق مع مخططي الخطوط لتوزيع العمل على المحطات المعنية.
- التنسيق مع مزود الخدمة المتعاقد لإنشاء وإصدار حزم العمل لأعمال الصيانة المخطط لها.
- التنسيق مع فريق التخطيط التابع لمنظمة الصيانة المتعاقد عليها لجدولة الصيانة وتوفر الموارد/قطع الغيار/المواد/الأدوات والمعدات.
- إعداد وإصدار خطة الصيانة نصف الأسبوعية لجميع الأطراف المعنية.
- إعداد وإصدار خطة صيانة لمدة 3 أشهر تشمل الفحوصات من النوع A، وفحوصات المنظار، واختبارات RAT، وغيرها من المهام المنفردة.
- مراجعة وإعادة إصدار خطط الصيانة بناءً على الأداء الفعلي للفحوصات.
- التنسيق مع فريق جدولة الطائرات لتوفر الطائرات على الأرض لأعمال الصيانة.
- التنسيق مع مراقب MCC لإجراءات استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها لقوائم MEL والعيوب المفتوحة الأخرى.
- التنسيق مع مراقب العيوب في MCC بشأن طلبات إجراء الصيانة لاستكشاف وإصلاح العيوب المبلغ عنها في نظام Skywise.
- التنسيق مع مخطط المواد لتوفر قطع الغيار والمواد المطلوبة.
- متابعة تنفيذ جميع أعمال الصيانة المخطط لها عن كثب لضمان إعادة الطائرة للخدمة في الوقت المحدد.
- إنشاء عملية عمل مع منظمة الصيانة المتعاقد عليها لضمان مراقبة وتسليم جميع مستندات الطائرات المكتملة إلى مخططي خطوط طيران أديل فور إعادة الطائرة.
- ضمان وجود عملية لمراجعة وتصحيح جميع التناقضات في مستندات الطائرات قبل تسليمها إلى السجلات الفنية للحفظ والأرشفة.
- ضمان إبلاغ مزود الخدمة المتعاقد بجميع حزم العمل المكتملة لتحديث نظام MIS.
- التنسيق مع مشرف السجلات الفنية لضمان تحديث نظام MIS للعيوب المبلغ عنها والمصلحة، وتغييرات المكونات، وبيانات الرحلة الأخرى.
- التنسيق مع مفتش الجودة والسجلات الفنية أثناء عملية تجديد شهادة صلاحية الطيران COA.
- التنسيق الوثيق بين MCC ومنظمة الصيانة المتعاقد عليها في حالات تأخير الطائرات.
- إعداد وإصدار تقارير التأخير للتأخير الناتج عن الصيانة.
- إعداد جدول دوام لمخططي الخطوط لضمان التغطية أثناء أحداث الصيانة المخطط لها وغير المخطط لها.
- مراقبة أداء مخططي الخطوط وإجراء تقييمات الأداء.
- تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمخططي الخطوط والتنسيق مع مدير التخطيط لترتيب التدريب المطلوب.
- التواصل مع مزود الخدمة المتعاقد بشأن قوائم الصيانة المستحقة وحزم العمل المرتبطة بالصيانة المخطط لها.
- التواصل مع مركز التحكم في الصيانة MCC لتصحيح قوائم MEL والعيوب المفتوحة الأخرى.
- التواصل مع مخطط المواد لقطع الغيار والمواد والأدوات.
- التواصل مع منظمة الصيانة المتعاقد عليها لتخطيط وتنفيذ العمل.
- التواصل مع الهندسة بشأن برنامج الصيانة وإصدارات أوامر الهندسة EO.
- التواصل مع فريق جدولة الطائرات لمواعيد الصيانة.
- مراجعة واقتراح تحسينات للعمليات والإجراءات الحالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة، أو دبلوم فني.
- خبرة 5 سنوات في دور مماثل في بيئة صيانة طائرات.
- خبرة في استخدام وظائف مختلفة لنظام معلومات الصيانة.
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني GACA.
- معرفة جيدة بأدلة الشركة المصنعة للطائرات والوثائق الأخرى.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات التنسيق والتواصل مع مختلف الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية.
- القدرة على إعداد خطط الصيانة ومتابعة تنفيذها.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة معلومات الصيانة.
- معرفة اللوائح التنظيمية لأنظمة الطيران المدني.
- الإلمام بالأدلة الفنية للطائرات.

- Coordinate with the Contracted Service Provider to obtain and review the Maintenance Due List on a regular basis.
- Identify maintenance tasks that need to be accomplished based on their due dates.
- Coordinate with the Line Planners to allocate work for the respective stations
- Coordinate with Contracted Service provider for the creation and issuance of work packages for the planned maintenance work.
- Coordinate with the Contracted Maintenance Organisation Planning Team for the scheduling of maintenance and availability of resources/spares/materials/tooling and equipment.
- Prepare and issue bi-weekly maintenance plan to all stakeholders
- Prepare and issue a 3-months maintenance plan including A checks, Borescope Inspections, RAT Tests, and other Single Running Tasks
- Review and re-issue maintenance plans based on actual performance of checks
- Coordinate with Aircraft Scheduling Team for the availability of aircraft on ground for maintenance activities
- Coordinate with MCC Controller for the troubleshooting and rectification action for MEL/other open defects
- Coordinate with MCC Defect Controller for Maintenance Action Request raised to troubleshoot and rectify defects reported in Skywise system
- Coordinate with Material Planner for the availability of Spares and Materials required
- Closely follow up the execution of all planned maintenance to ensure timely release of aircraft to service
- Establish working process with CMO to ensure all completed aircraft paperwork are controlled and handed over to FAD Line Planners immediately after aircraft release.
- Ensure process is in place for reviewing and correcting all discrepancies in aircraft paperwork before handing over to Technical Records for filing and archiving.
- Ensure all completed work packages are reported back to Contracted Service Provider for MIS system update
- Coordinate with Technical Records Supervisor to ensure MIS is updated for defects reported and rectified, component changes and other flight data
- Coordinates with Quality Inspector and Technical Records in the COA renewal process
- Closely coordinate between MCC and CMO in case of aircraft delays
- Prepare and issue delay reports for late release from maintenance
- Prepare Roster for Line Planners to ensure coverage during planned and unplanned maintenance events
- Monitor performance of Line Planner and conduct performance appraisals
- Identify training needs for Line Planners and coordinate with Planning Manager for arranging required training
- Communicates with Contracted Service Provider for Maintenance Due Lists and related Work Packages for planned maintenance
- Communications with FAD MCC for rectifications of MEL and other open defects
- Communicates with Material Planning for spares, materials and tools
- Communicates with Contracted Maintenance Organisation for work planning and execution
- Communication with Engineering on maintenance program, and EO issuances.
- Communicates with Aircraft Scheduling Team for maintenance slots
- Reviews and propose enhancements to existing processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or a Technical Diploma.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an Aircraft maintenance environment.
- Has Experience in using different functions of Maintenance Information System
- Good knowledge of the GACA Regulations
- Good knowledge of Aircraft Manufacturer’s Manuals and other documentation
