EY تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Consultant - Finance - Business Consulting في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق الاستشارات المالية المتنامي، وستساعد عملاءنا في منطقة MENA على تحسين وظائفهم المالية لتحقيق كفاءة أعلى ورؤى مالية أفضل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تطوير وتنفيذ منهجيات التحليل المالي وإعداد التقارير.
- إجراء تحليل مالي متعمق لدعم اتخاذ القرارات للإدارة العليا للعملاء.
- خبرة في الإدارة المالية العامة تشمل إعداد وتنفيذ الميزانية، وضمان الإيرادات، وتحسين التكاليف.
- العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لجمع الرؤى اللازمة للتحليل المالي والتوصيات.
- دعم العميل في عملية إعداد الميزانية السنوية وتقديم تحليل مستمر للميزانية.
- معرفة بتحسين العمليات في مجالات Procure-To-Pay (PTP) و Order-To-Cash (OTC) و Record-To-Report (RTR).
- مساعدة العملاء في إنشاء وتصميم التقارير المالية ولوحات المعلومات باستخدام أدوات مثل Power BI لتصور المقاييس الرئيسية.
- إعداد وتقديم عروض PowerPoint عالية الجودة لتوصيل الرؤى المالية والتوصيات للإدارة العليا للعملاء.
- الاستعداد للسفر بشكل منتظم عبر منطقة MENA لخدمة العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة حديثة ذات صلة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال التحول المالي والتخطيط المالي ضمن شركة استشارات رائدة أو مؤسسة محاسبة.
- خبرة عملية في مشاريع التحول المالي والتخطيط المالي الرئيسية.
- معرفة بعمليات وأدوات التخطيط المالي.
- مهارات في إعداد عروض PowerPoint عالية الجودة.
- مستوى عالٍ من الدافع والالتزام بإيجاد حلول والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- يفضل أن يكون لدى المتقدم درجة بكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة.
- يفضل الحصول على مؤهلات مهنية في المالية/المحاسبة مثل ACA، ACMA، ACCA، CPA، CFA أو ما يعادلها.
- الاستعداد للسفر المكثف عبر المنطقة.

- قدرة على دعم تطوير منهجيات التحليل المالي وإعداد التقارير.
- إجراء تحليل مالي متعمق لدعم القرارات.
- خبرة في الإدارة المالية العامة (الميزانية، الإيرادات، التكاليف).

Our Finance practice sits within our wider consulting team and is growing significantly due to client organisations need to address infrastructure weaknesses and adapt to the changing market environment. As a Finance Assistant Manager, you will work with our Managers and Senior Managers to deliver exceptional service for our MENA clients.

Skills And Attributes For Success
- Support the development and implementation of financial analysis and reporting methodologies.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making for client senior management.
- Experience in Public Financial Management covering budget preparation and execution, revenue assurance and cost optimization areas.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights for financial analysis and recommendations.
- Support the client in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing budget analysis.
- Knowledge in process optimization across Procure-To-Pay (PTP), Order-To-Cash (OTC), and Record-To-Report (RTR)
- Support clients in generating and designing financial reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI to visualize key metrics.
- Prepare, deliver and present high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations to client senior management.
- Willingness to travel across MENA on regular basis for client services
- Approximately 3 to 4 years of recent relevant Finance Transformation and Financial Planning work experience in a leading business consulting organization or accounting organization
- Hands on experience on major finance transformation and Financial Planning.
- Knowledge of financial planning process, transactions and tools.
- Skills in delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions and ability to work under pressure
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Accounting/ finance qualifications/ certifications (ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA CFA etc.)
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
