نبذة عن الوظيفة
مهندس التكليف الأول هو دور قيادي ضمن فريق مشروع التكليف، حيث يمثل الشخص المرشح سلطة فنية في تخصصه وقائداً داخل الفريق. يتمتع المترشح بالدافعية الذاتية، ويدعم مدير المشروع في تسليم نطاق العمل، ويقدم التدريب والتوجيه لأعضاء الفريق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية (BSc Electrical Engineering) أو هندسة خدمات المباني (BSc Building Services Engineering).
- دبلوم كلية في الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP) أو هندسة خدمات المباني.
- شهادة كلية تقنية: HNC أو HND أو ما يعادلها.
- شهادة كلية مهنية: ONC أو OND أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة مهنية في مجال MEP + شهادة City & Guilds.
- الخبرة العملية: 8 سنوات كحد أدنى مع درجة الهندسة، أو 10 سنوات مع دبلوم الكلية، أو 12 سنة مع شهادة كلية أو مهنية.
- يفضل أن يكون المهندس حاصلاً على شهادة مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو مهندس مدمج (Incorporated Engineer) أو مصنف درجة 5 حسب CSA، ويفضل أيضاً شهادة جهة اعتماد التكليف من BCA أو ACG أو NEBB (كلها مرغوب فيها ولكنها غير أساسية).
- خبرة واسعة وكفاءات عالية المستوى في المجالات المتخصصة مع القدرة على تقديم رؤى قيمة للمشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الميداني بشكل مستقل في التخصص المختار.
- مراجعة معلومات التصميم والتفاوتات المسموح بها وطرق العمل المتفق عليها.
- تقييم ما إذا كانت إجراءات الاختبار والنتائج المسجلة تظهر الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع وقوانين الممارسة الصناعية.
- المساعدة في مراجعة وثائق المشروع للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات والقوانين.
- الإبلاغ عن المشكلات لأعضاء الفريق الأقدم بطريقة واضحة ودقيقة وموجزة.
- التواصل مع فريق التكليف الخاص بالمقاول بأسلوب مهني.
- إجراء ملاحظات ميدانية تتعلق بجودة التركيبات.
- إعداد وثائق عالية الجودة بما في ذلك تقارير الملاحظات الميدانية.
- مراقبة التركيبات والمستندات المقدمة واستخدام أدوات الهندسة وفقاً لإرشادات المشروع والتكليف.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات وورش العمل عند الحاجة.
- التصرف كسلطة فنية وقائد داخل فريق المشروع والقسم.
- دعم وتوجيه وتدريب الزملاء.

- Contributes valuable insights to projects.
- Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline
- Review design information, tolerances and agreed methods of working
- Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
- Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
- Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner
- Liaise with contractors commissioning team in a professional manner
- Carry out site observations with respect to quality of installation
- Produce documentation to a high standard, including Site Observation Reports
- Monitor installation, submittals and use of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guideline
- Participate in meetings and workshops when required
- Technical authority and leader within the project team and division
- Support, mentor, and train colleagues
- Track completion of tasks, prepare lookaheads and trackers for project milestones
- Keep daily diary of events and activities under your control, including systems inspected, documents reviewed, and any decision made by authorities on site
- Assist with commission ability design reviews when requested and produce high-quality detail-orientated documentation with recommendations and considerations
