المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المحتوى أمام الكاميرا لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي، بما في ذلك تسجيل فيديوهات قصيرة و جلسات مباشرة وقصص تتماشى مع هوية الشركة وعروضها التدريبية.
- تخطيط وكتابة نصوص المحتوى، والتعاون مع فرق التسويق والتدريب لتحويل الموضوعات التدريبية المعقدة إلى صيغ جذابة وسهلة الفهم.
- توليد أفكار جديدة للمحتوى بشكل يومي، وتنسيق جداول التصوير، وضمان النشر في الوقت المحدد عبر منصات مثل Instagram وTikTok وYouTube وSnapchat وغيرها.
- مراقبة تفاعل الجمهور، والرد على التعليقات والرسائل بأسلوب مهني، وتقديم ملاحظات حول أداء المحتوى لتحسين الوصول والتأثير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حضور قوي أمام الكاميرا، ومهارات نطق واضحة باللغة العربية (ويفضل الإنجليزية)، والقدرة على تقديم المحتوى بثقة واحترافية.
- مهارات إنشاء المحتوى، بما في ذلك كتابة النصوص الأساسية وإعداد القصص المصورة (storyboarding) وتحويل المواد التعليمية إلى محتوى جذاب قصير وطويل لمنصات التواصل.

- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and understanding of trends, audience behavior, and best practices for engagement.
- Basic video production capabilities, such as familiarity with filming using smartphones or cameras, and simple editing using common mobile or desktop tools.
- Ability to collaborate with trainers, marketing specialists, and designers to align content with brand identity and training objectives.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Jeddah and being available for regular filming sessions and events.
- Previous experience in presenting, content creation, social media, or media/communications is preferred; experience in education or training is an advantage.
