شركة Virtucruit تتعاون مع إحدى شركات التعدين الرائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية لتعيين محاسب تكاليف ضمن قسم الحفر في منطقة نجران.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان أعلى مستويات معايير السلامة والصحة والبيئة في العمل.
- تطوير وصيانة نظام محاسبة التكاليف للشركة.
- مراقبة وتحليل تكاليف مشاريع الحفر والمعدات والآلات.
- إعداد تقارير التكاليف الشهرية وتحليل الانحرافات وتقارير الربحية.
- مراقبة تقييم المخزون واستهلاك المواد والتسويات المخزنية.
- ضمان التوزيع الدقيق للتكاليف المباشرة وغير المباشرة.
- المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات والتخطيط للتكاليف.
- دعم أنشطة الإغلاق المالي الشهري والسنوي.
- صيانة مراكز التكلفة ومحاسبة المشاريع والمخزون في نظام Sage 300 ERP.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS) وسياسات الشركة والضوابط الداخلية.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي من خلال تقديم جداول التكاليف والتسويات.
- تحديد فرص خفض التكاليف والتوصية بتحسين العمليات.
- التنسيق مع أقسام العمليات والمشتريات والمستودعات والصيانة لضمان دقة تقارير التكاليف.
- إعداد تقارير الإدارة والتحليل المالي لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة ماجستير أو دبلوم في المحاسبة والمالية.
- شهادة مهنية (CMA/ACCA/CPA) مفضلة.
- خبرة 5 سنوات فأكثر في محاسبة التكاليف، ويفضل في مجالات الحفر أو التعدين أو النفط والغاز أو المعدات الثقيلة.
- خبرة في نظام Sage 300 ERP مفضلة.
- معرفة قوية بالمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS) ومحاسبة التكاليف والميزانيات وإدارة المخزون.
- معرفة جيدة ببرامج Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel.
- مهارات تواصل وكتابة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (إلزامي).
- التحدث والاستماع باللغة العربية: مستوى أساسي.

The role provides management with timely and reliable cost analysis, variance reports, budgeting support, and financial insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability while ensuring compliance with IFRS, company policies, and internal controls.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Cost Accountant is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the company's cost accounting system to ensure accurate costing of drilling operations, inventory, equipment maintenance, workshops, and support services. The role provides management with timely and reliable cost analysis, variance reports, budgeting support, and financial insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability while ensuring compliance with IFRS, company policies, and internal controls.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards are maintained.
- Develop and maintain the company's cost accounting system.
- Monitor and analyze drilling project, rig, and equipment costs.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analysis, and profitability reports.
- Monitor inventory valuation, material consumption, and stock reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate allocation of direct and indirect costs.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Maintain cost centers, project costing, and inventory costing in Sage 300 ERP.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audits by providing costing schedules and reconciliations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, and Maintenance to ensure accurate cost reporting.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis for decision-making.
- Masters's degree or diploma in Accounting & Finance.
- Professional certification (CMA/ACCA/CPA) is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in drilling, mining, oil & gas, or heavy equipment industries.
- Experience with Sage 300 ERP is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, cost accounting, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good English communication and writing skills are mandatory.
- Arabic speaking and listening, Basic.
