في Cisco Advisory، نسعى لتقديم تجربة متميزة لعملائنا من خلال الجمع بين العلامة التجارية الموثوقة لشركة Cisco وأفراد ذوي مهارات عالية وخبرة واسعة في السوق. نبحث حالياً عن مستشار إدارة أول (senior management consultant) يعمل كمخطط استراتيجي تقني لدعم العملاء في تحقيق قيمة أعمال أكبر من التكنولوجيا من خلال تقديم خدمات تتراوح بين تطوير استراتيجية الرقمنة إلى تصميم نموذج التشغيل. يساعد فريقنا في مواءمة أجندات الأعمال والتقنية، وتحديد المجالات التي يمكن للابتكار أن يدفع فيها قيمة الأعمال، بما في ذلك تحسين ميزانية التقنية وزيادة كفاءة وفعالية المؤسسة التقنية من خلال إعادة تموضع أو إعادة تصميم الوظائف التقنية، وتقييم وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كمستشار موثوق إلى جانب كبار العملاء لتحديد اتجاهات السوق ذات الصلة واكتشاف الفرص التي تخلق قيمة جديدة للأعمال باستخدام التكنولوجيا.
- تطوير أو التحقق من صحة الاستراتيجيات التقنية، ودراسات الجدوى الداعمة، وتحديد برامج التحول المطلوبة.
- بناء أو تحسين نماذج التشغيل التي تراعي الحوكمة التقنية الفعالة والمواءمة بين الأعمال والتقنية.
- قيادة العمل لزيادة كفاءة وفعالية المؤسسة التقنية، بما في ذلك العمليات والأدوات والأفراد، وإدخال التنسيق والأتمتة (orchestration & automation).
- تطوير الهياكل المرجعية التقنية (reference architectures) ومحافظ الخدمات، والمساهمة في تطوير المنتجات المرتبطة بها.
- إعداد وتنفيذ المقارنة المرجعية التقنية (benchmarking) وتطوير استراتيجيات تحسين التكلفة وخطط العمل، بما في ذلك ترشيد الخدمات والتطبيقات.
- تطوير وترويج وجهات نظر مبتكرة حول كيفية تحويل التقنيات الرقمية لطريقة إدارة الأعمال.
- العمل بروح ريادة الأعمال، بما في ذلك تحدي وجهات النظر التقليدية على مستوى الإدارة العليا (C-level) للعميل، والعمل بنشاط على تحديد وتطوير فرص أعمال جديدة لشركة Cisco من خلال الاستشارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير بمعدل أكاديمي متميز، أو درجة البكالوريوس مع 10+ سنوات خبرة مهنية ذات صلة.
- 5+ سنوات خبرة في الاستشارات الإدارية (management consultancy) بالإضافة إلى 5+ سنوات في دور قيادي في مؤسسة تقدم خدمات تقنية.
- خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع قطاعات متنوعة تشمل المؤسسات (Enterprise) والحكومة (Government) ومزودي الخدمات (Service Provider).
- خبرة موضوعية في تقنيات عالية التأثير مثل المباني الذكية (Smart Buildings) أو المدن الذكية (Smart Cities) أو مبادرات الحكومة الرقمية (Digital Government).
- إتقان متقدم لمنهجيات التسليم الرشيقة (Agile) وإدارة خدمات تقنية المعلومات (ITSM)، وإنترنت الأشياء (IoT)، والذكاء الاصطناعي (AI)، والاتجاهات التقنية الأخرى.
- الطلاقة في اللغة العربية أمر أساسي.

We are currently looking for a senior management consultant who will act as a technology strategist to support our customers in achieving greater business value from technology by delivering services ranging from digitization strategy development to operating model design.
Our team assists clients in aligning the business and technology agendas as well as identifying areas where innovation can drive business value. This work includes optimising the technology budget and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology organisation through repositioning or redesigning the technology functions, and by assessing and optimising operational processes.

Your Impact
- Work as a trusted advisor alongside senior customers to identify the relevant market trends and discover opportunities for technology to create new business value,
- Develop or validate technology strategies, the supporting business cases, and define the required transformation programmes,
- Build or enhance operating models catering for effective technology governance and alignment between business and technology,
- Lead work to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology organisation, covering processes, tools & people, including the introduction of orchestration & automation,
- Develop technology reference architectures, service portfolios, and contribute to the associated product development,
- Compose & perform technology benchmarking and develop cost optimisation strategies & action plans, including service & application rationalisation,
- Develop and evangelise innovative point of views on how digital technologies will transform the way business is conducted,
- Act as an entrepreneur, including challenging traditional viewpoints at the client C-level,
- Actively work to identify and develop new business opportunities for Cisco through advisory.
- A master’s degree with a distinguished academic record, or a bachelor’s degree complemented by 10+ years relevant professional experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience within management consultancy plus a minimum of 5+ years in a senior role at a technology-driven service delivery organization.
- Demonstrated experience navigating diverse segments, including Enterprise, Government, and Service Provider sectors.
- Subject matter expertise in high-impact technologies, such as Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, or Digital Government initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in agile delivery methodologies and IT Service Management (ITSM), IOT, AI, as well as other technology trends.
- Fluent Arabic is required
- An MBA degree.
- Multilingual proficiency
- Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- The capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively, combined with the flexibility to travel and work across the EMEAR region.
- An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by the courage to challenge traditional viewpoints and provide strategic counsel at the C-suite level.
