Responsibilities

• Distribute work assignments to technicians and workers according to approved work programs and schedules.

• Supervise the repair and testing of electrical equipment and devices.

• Supervise the execution of emergency and preventive electrical maintenance activities.

• Perform advanced electrical technical work that requires a high level of knowledge and expertise.

• Ensure that electrical installations and lighting systems in the factory are implemented according to approved technical requirements.

• Monitor and follow up on elevator maintenance activities.

• Participate in determining specifications and quantities of required electrical spare parts and maintenance materials.

• Recommend new electrical spare parts, equipment, and devices that improve factory performance.

• Maintain catalogs and technical manuals for electrical equipment and machinery.

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of records and reports.

• Comply with industrial safety regulations while performing assigned duties and ensure that employees adhere to them.

• Recommend training programs for supervised employees and submit them to the direct supervisor.

• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by the direct supervisor.

• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities within the scope of the position as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Competencies

• Thorough knowledge of electrical maintenance practices for industrial equipment.

• Ability to prepare reports and technical documentation.

• Strong supervision and follow-up skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the job.
